A beckoning god of good fortune. A mellow flavor with the delicious taste of rice.
The sake is called "Shofukujin" (god of good fortune) because it invites good fortune. Together with the sake name "Echigo-Tsurukame," it is a very auspicious product. We aim for a sake that has an aroma, but also a slightly umami flavor. It has a fruity aroma, a crisp acidity, and a spontaneous flavor.
