It was cold and unbearably cold, so I heated it up with dried apples thrown in for a jump.
The aroma and natural sweetness of the apples added to the flavor makes it very tasty.
The meal to go with it was an adaptation of Yamaguchi Prefecture's local dish, kawara soba (kawara soba), topped with baby scallops.
