We thought we'd sip on the rich, yet fresh flavor, but we couldn't resist and ended up guzzling it down 🥰. ないるI stayed at a hotel in the city with a HOKKAIDO LOVE discount.
There was a corner bar near the hotel that had an Edo Kaijo, which I had never seen before in my hometown, and it had Omachi, so I tried it.
It was juicy and easy to drink without any snacks 😉. gishi_yamaI came for the marriage of PLUS9 and sashimi, and the horse sashimi was...irresistible... 🥰The second glass of Daikoku Masamune was dry 🍶✨ with a umami taste that preceded the horse sashimi without fighting with it, giving it an unceasing taste. Eiko-Fuji-Fuji GRAVITY, I have recently become completely captivated by the gravity of this wine. The acidity that supports the gorgeousness of the mouthfeel and the sweetness that expands and spreads out from the back of the acidity.
