As you can see in the third picture, the color is quite dark.
The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but I feel it is much higher than that.
It can be served with spring rolls, miso soup with salmon and mushrooms, grilled eggplant O, and apple snacks.
I wonder if it would be good with Western food with butter...

When it was heated up, the alcohol smell disappeared and the sweetness became milder and more delicious.
