The second bottle I opened was Toyobai Yeast 7, the last one I bought at Jishu An Sato in Aomori City.
I bought 3 bottles of sake jackets in Aomori and they were all very drinkable and delicious.
With unusually western accompaniments such as cheese, carpaccio, and sausages.
Rice used: 100% Toyohai rice
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% for the sake brewing and 60% for the finished product
Yeast used: Kyokai No. 7
