It was unbearably cold, so I decided to go back to Udon Shikoku for a hot meal and heated sake.
I had the winter's recommended "yuzu-scented ultra-delicious duck tsukejiru udon" and heated Tosatsuru, a locally brewed sake from Shikoku.
The tsuke-shiru alone is enough to make me want more sake. It's so warming!
