At a standing bar near my workplace.
Unfortunately, no photo because it was a place where photos are not allowed.
The snacks were mackerel with ginger and tachi ponzu.
Both of them were sour snacks, but both of them were good for sake.
Or rather, it is a dry sake that goes well with anything.

This is a "light and dry" junmai sake with both the "richness of junmai sake" and "sharpness" by fermenting the moromi for a longer period of time than normal brewing.
