Nigori of Aki Tiger. This time of year there is a lot of nigori! On the way to the liquor store, I saw someone wearing a hoodie that said "SO", so I thought it was fate and bought it. It takes a long time to open the bottle because of the shwashy fizz. Citrusy aroma like apple. It has a soft sweetness, not too sweet and sharp, and is excellent as a food wine. It went well with sweet and spicy snacks. Pairing Yakitori, yuzu radish, avocado and broccoli with soy-sauce malt mayo, leek and fu with sweet and spicy sauce

Finally, I was able to buy a birthplace. Thank you for each and every encounter! The bottle opens with a pop and a slight effervescence. The gorgeous aroma of pears or apples lifted my spirits. There is no bitterness at all, and it has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it is sake. It was like a sweet white wine, and went well with cheese and potato salad. This is the debut of Tsuchida Sake Brewery and Shintschida, which I have been curious about. First of all, I was surprised by its yellow color. It has a strong aroma like banana, smoked in a wooden barrel, and a flavor similar to whiskey. The taste is a complex combination of sweet, sour, and pungent flavors, which is in line with the previous reputation of a complex taste. The rice flavor was also strong, and went better with rich soy sauce-based dishes than salt! This sake goes well with any number of sweet and spicy green onions. My first sake from Aichi, Ko no Tsukasa's Silver World. My wife drank it at the store and recommended it highly. I was told to be careful opening the bottle, but it didn't take much time. It has a sweet apple-like aroma. It has a piquant, slightly effervescent taste and you can really taste the rice. It is sweet, juicy, and nigori delicious! Pairing is oden.

This was my first time to buy a packet of Nagurayama and the whale was so cute. It is a sake from Fukushima, so I have high expectations. It's been a while since I've had Jikin. The first sake of the New Year is nigori! I was surprised when I opened the bottle! The bubbles were explosive, as if it were a sparkling wine! It took me several times to open and close the bottle before I could drink it💦. It smells sweet and is as silky as the rumors say, but not too sweet and has a gentle spiciness. Mellow. It can be drunk as a food wine! You can drink as much as you want, this is delicious! Pairing Sukiyaki

Mimuro Cedar's Dioavita. I had high expectations for Mimuro Cedar, as everything I've had from them has been delicious! The first sip was a shock! It smells like banana peel, has a flavor similar to cider, and is very easy to drink without being spicy or alcoholic. It tasted like no other sake. It is indeed divine. Sushi, Satsuma-age, Chikuwa and komatsuna with sesame paste

25th anniversary sake of Kaze no Mori. I was lucky enough to get it! My wife was delighted with the name "Future Sake I - 5 Kinds of Microorganisms" (lol).
