Houou Mita after a long time, MITA seen for the first time!
Soft apple and pear-like aroma.
It has a tender sweetness at first, and the balance with the acidity is exquisite!
Even the aroma through the nose is delicious.
The end of the bottle has a mild astringency.
It is easy to drink and very much to my liking.
