I bought Tanaka Rokuugo because I eat only sushi for sake. The aroma is fresh and mellow, with a touch of sweetness, but it cuts through crisply. When you open the bottle, there is a slight bubbling and the very nice smell of rice comes first. The first thing that hits you is the very nice smell of rice. The spiciness is refreshing and light in the mouth, and as soon as you think it's spicy, you feel the gorgeousness. It is a quintessential Amami.

Spark, a flax cat I met by chance When I opened it, I was surprised to find it was sparkling. The bubbles were so strong that I wondered if it was really sake. After the sparkling carbonation, the sweetness of the rice spreads quickly. It's really delicious!

Junmai Daiginjo from Jyosu Mori This is a fairly sweet sake, more like a wine than a sake. From the moment you put it in your mouth, the juiciness spreads and the mellow aroma seems to pass through. Very slight carbonation that makes your tongue tingle. I recommend it for sake beginners. I'm a beginner, too! Serve with sushi.
