Hiroshima's Baochien was recommended to me at the liquor store. I have had red and black sake before, but this time it was a white Junmai sake. The aroma is slightly sour. The mouthfeel is as light as water. But it is spicy! And with a refreshing aftertaste, it is very easy to drink. This is my first Shichibonshari. I visited the brewery on a trip and bought it! The aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth it has a refreshing sweetness. The aroma is refreshing with a hint of sweetness. The aroma is fresh with a hint of sweetness, but when you put it in your mouth, it is as dry as the rumors say it is! The first Tenka Nishiki. This sake is brewed at Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Saku. This bottle is famous among core fans! When I heard that it was, I immediately bought it. Gorgeous aroma like pineapple. A perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The slightly spicy taste has a nice aftertaste, and it is refreshing and light to drink. Unexpectedly, it is a versatile sake that goes well with creamy snacks and fried foods! Pairing: Salmon, octopus, fried shrimp with potato salad
