Hiroshima's Baochien was recommended to me at the liquor store.
I have had red and black sake before, but this time it was a white Junmai sake.
The aroma is slightly sour.
The mouthfeel is as light as water.
But it is spicy!
And with a refreshing aftertaste, it is very easy to drink.
Since we are in Hiroshima, it went well with oyster tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce), which we carefully saved!
Pairing: Grilled yellowtail with salt, oyster tsukudani, fried edamame shrimp
