First time at Hitakami!
Junmai Ginjo in summer because if you want to drink with fish, it's Hitakami.
It has a subtle aroma of rice, but no strong scent.
But the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing!
There is no acidity or effervescence, yet it has a summery feel.
It seems to go well with light snacks.
When I drank it with tuna or horse mackerel sashimi, I could feel its fuller sweetness.
