The master was opening a bottle of Jikkom in front of me, so I was able to have a freshly opened bottle 😊.
The top aroma was slightly pineapple-like 🍍.
The aroma was fruity like pineapple tropical fruit, and the sweetness and umami gradually came in, and then the gasiness and acidity added to it, and I was already in a happy state. ☺️
I knew it was good before I drank it, but when I tried it, it was so much better than I imagined it would be, no wonder it's so popular that the average person can't afford it ✨.
I would love to drink Jikin at home someday 😋.
