I bought this at the roadside station Aoki during my Nagano touring. I was attracted by the three "Mu" and the special limited edition😅. The sweetness comes to the fore when you taste it. It's very easy to drink with a good balance of bitterness and a hint of sourness.　It's a very nice sake. It's a delicious sake😊👍. I can't wait to see how it turns out when it's aged in the bottle like it says on the label! Shame I couldn't keep it refrigerated as I was on a bike 😞. I wonder how much it's affecting you.

This is my first Laughing Shiki. It is fruity and pleasant to the palate. It has a good sourness and a bitterness that comes quickly and lasts until the back of the mouth. In my image, I thought it would be sweeter, but the sweetness is only at the beginning. It is a very tasty sake that is easy to drink.

When you taste it, it tastes just like rice. Combined with the acidity, it is easy to drink. It was given to me by a junior member of my drinking buddy. 100% Miyamanishiki This is... Rich and mellow! It has a lot of sweet taste. It has this golden color even on the snake's eye cup, so I could imagine that it would be mellow, but it is very sweet. You can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice, not the trendy fruity taste. In the aftertaste, the alcohol and bitterness remain. This is a delicious sake in its own right!
