It's nice to meet you, Hakurakusei!
I've always visited Hasegawa Sake Shop, but for some reason I hadn't had it yet.
When you pour it into the sake cup, it has a rice-like aroma.
When you drink it, there is a sweet taste for a moment, but it is dominated by a good acidity and bitterness, and it remains until the end of the mouth.
On the back label, it says that the theme is "the ultimate shokuchu-shu", and it's true.
Every time you sip it, your mouth is reset and your chopsticks reach for the next dish. It's an infinite loop.
I'd like to try it warmed, too.

Taka-san, good evening 🌃
I also had the same drink tonight.
It's the ultimate food drink😊.
