I bought this bottle at the end of the year and left it behind. Despite its appearance, it has a light mouthfeel and a strong gaseous sensation, with a short aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. As I expected, it is very popular. I wanted to buy a bottle, but there was no room in the refrigerator, so I had no choice but to buy the No. 4 bottle. I paired it with sukiyaki, and it cut through the sweetness of the sukiyaki and the fat of the meat, so I think it will be fine with any meal. One thing I forgot to do was to drink it warmed up, and that's the only thing I regret 🥲.

I'm taking the one I bought at the end of the year. This is my second bottle of the instrument since the droopy mouth. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and has a good amount of gas, with a soft banana-like sweetness that is quickly cut off by the alcohol and bitterness. It has a clean, dry taste that will not interfere with any dish. Tonight's snack is a juicy fried chicken, but the oiliness of the fried chicken is quickly swept away. At only about 1,000 yen, it's a great value! If there was room in the fridge, I would buy a bottle, but my wife won't let me 😭.

I bought a bottle of this at my local liquor store. I'm chewing on the joy of being able to buy this in my neighborhood at a fixed price and without shipping. The aroma is fruity and sweet. You'd think it would taste sweet too, but it's sweet with some gas, a good amount of acidity, and a crisp finish! What the heck is this? It brought back memories of drinking it in Aomori a long time ago and thinking it was delicious, even though I was not good at sake. Since it was New Year's, I enjoyed it with some Matsumae pickles. In the end, it's a dangerous guy with its watery clarity⚠️This is the best food sake that goes with any dish! I'll get another bottle before it sells out 🏃♀️ Postscript... This is the best sake I've ever had! I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. The aroma is like freshly cooked rice when warmed. It has a sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth, and later the acidity disappears quickly. It's a very versatile sake. Am I giving too much credit😅?

I like Miyamanishiki, so I bought No.2. The aroma is gorgeous. It tastes sweet and fruity. The acidity and bitterness are not felt so much. There is no persistence of sweetness and the sharpness is not so bad. There is not much complexity, so it will not be tiring to drink. I'll buy the first one next time.

I bought the popular Tenbi. It has a melon-like aroma and a fresh, gassy taste. It has a balance of bitterness and acidity with moderate sweetness. It has a crisp aftertaste. It has the best balance of flavors and is super delicious. It goes quickly and before you know it, you have two glasses. It is truly a dangerous sake😁.

I bought it at a nearby liquor store. There were many kinds of Hakugakusen, but Hakuneri had the least amount, so I bought it. When you drink it chilled, the aroma is modest and the mouthfeel is like water, coming in naturally. After that, the bitterness and the alcohol feeling come, and the aftertaste is short. The finish is short. It is a refreshing dry sake that will not interfere with any meal. So, I heated it up. The result is still delicious. The aroma and sweetness of the rice spreads to the palate, and the acidity gives it a sharp, crisp finish. I've been drinking only sweet heated sake, but dry sake is good too. It's a great all-rounder that can be served cold or warm.

I bought this for heating. The temperature was set to 45℃. It has a strong sweetness that is almost as if it had sugar in it rather than aroma, and the alcohol feeling goes through the nose and is voluminous. If you drink a lot of it, you might get tired of drinking it, but a small amount will give you a sense of satisfaction, and the price is outstanding at around 1600 yen. It is more moist and slow than Swissy.

I drank this a long time ago and it left a strong impression on me, so I bought it after a long time. The aroma is still unique. I can't imagine the taste from the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has an aroma like banana and pineapple, a sour taste, and a lingering sweetness that lingers in your mouth. There is also a hint of bitterness, which creates a variety of tastes and is very complex. I think it is the one and only. It brought back a strong impression from the past. I miss the saltiness of cured ham and cheese.

It was the last bottle at the liquor store, so I bought it. The aroma, sweetness and sharpness are moderate, and the acidity and alcohol go through the nose. I've been drinking fruity wines lately, so I feel it's more dry. It doesn't get in the way of a meal and seems to shed its fishy smell, so it would go well with sashimi or boiled fish. When I warmed it up, it was drier and richer, but still crisp. Personally, I think I prefer it warmed. It makes me want to poke around with a soup stock oden or hot pot.

I bought this one, which is famous for its ability to be served either warm or cold. I was a little intimidated, so I went with the No. 4 bottle. I immediately set the microwave to 40 degrees Celsius for a lukewarm bottle. While the mouthfeel is firm, the acidity after the sweetness is pleasant. It also has a moderate bitterness, but overall it is well-balanced. I'm sure I'll be repeating it, and next time I'll get a bottle.

It is 100% Hyogo Kitanishiki and 65% polished rice. The aroma has a sweet smell of rice. In the mouth, it has a melon-like sweetness and a good acidity. It has a solid aftertaste with a lot of volume. The sake on its own is satisfying, but it also has a strong presence when paired with strong flavors such as yakitori sauce and sukiyaki.

We ran out of Kikuhime for heating, so we selected this one. I immediately set the microwave to 40°C lukewarm. The aroma is sweet, like milk. But when I drank it, the sweetness was just right, and it had a nice acidity. It's very gentle on the palate, and as the label says, it's easy to drink. If you warm it up and cool it down, you can feel the fruity taste, and the taste changes depending on the temperature range, which is fun. A good sake from a good friend.

I've never had kijoshu before, and I thought it was expensive, so I couldn't afford it. This one was about 800 yen and the quantity was small, so I bought it as a trial. The sweetness is as expected, and it is like a dessert. I wonder what to drink with this sake. I'm going to try it with a lot of things.

I was worried about the Junmai Daiginjo, but I chose the namaishu. It has a fresh sweetness, a bit of gas, and a full aftertaste. The price is good. The price is about 1,200 yen for a No.4 bottle. Junmai Daiginjo was also about 1500 yen, so Kido is a friend of the common people.

I met it at a nearby liquor store. I personally like Miyamanishiki, and the price was cheap, so I went for this one. I didn't know that, Morishima-san! It's delicious! It's gorgeous and fruity with a touch of gas. It has just the right amount of acidity, and it's the kind of thing you want to drink before or after dinner. I can't get enough of the tepid feeling. It's also very cosy and I'll be repeating it again.

I had a hard time deciding between the modern type and the classic type, but I decided to go with the classic first. After all, it is a popular Senkou. It is fruity, but has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and goes well with any kind of snacks. It is also sharp, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It will not stop. Be careful not to drink too much!

I asked my local liquor store if they had any sweet sake that could be heated. They recommended this one. The price was less than 2,000 yen and it seemed to have good cost performance, so I bought it. I tried it at room temperature first. Yes, I can feel the sweetness of the rice and it is delicious. It's not too sweet, and the aftertaste is short and easy to drink. Even when heated, it has a soft mouthfeel and little alcohol. This is the type of sake that can be enjoyed easily, and we ran out in a week (tears).

I bought it to warm up for the coming season. I appreciate the low price of less than 2000 yen for a bottle. When warmed, it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, with a nice crispness that makes me want to drink it with oden or hot pot.

This is also a popular brand, so I bought it online. To be honest, this is delicious. The aroma is fresh and fruity like a green apple, and it has a gentle sweetness and sourness in the mouth. The aftertaste is short and you can drink it easily. It reminds me of the shock of the first time I drank Jyushiyo. I drank it with cheese as a side dish, and it was really good. I want to buy a bottle of this.

It's very popular, so I bought it online. The aroma was gorgeous, gassy, and delicious with a short lingering finish. It's also cheap and highly cosmetic. It seems to go well with Western food rather than Japanese food. It is easy to drink even for women, so it is a sake that I would like to drink with my wife or girlfriend in the evening.
