I got some "Nabeshima" from the Internet, which is not easy to find in stores. I've known about it for a long time, but this was my first time tasting it. The aroma is not that fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight gas and sweetness spread out like a buzz. However, the sweetness is not persistent, and it disappears quickly along with the sourness and bitterness. It's a perfect balance. I don't have any snacks for tonight, but it will go well with dishes with soup stock or light sashimi. Nabeshima... I'm afraid to say so 😀.
