Hakugakusen純米吟醸 白練

I bought it at a nearby liquor store. There were many kinds of Hakugakusen, but Hakuneri had the least amount, so I bought it. When you drink it chilled, the aroma is modest and the mouthfeel is like water, coming in naturally. After that, the bitterness and the alcohol feeling come, and the aftertaste is short. The finish is short. It is a refreshing dry sake that will not interfere with any meal. So, I heated it up. The result is still delicious. The aroma and sweetness of the rice spreads to the palate, and the acidity gives it a sharp, crisp finish. I've been drinking only sweet heated sake, but dry sake is good too. It's a great all-rounder that can be served cold or warm.
