おうどんパンRiding a horse in a travel destination (greeting) This is Katsuma, who has not yet experienced this! So much for the aroma! The taste is...well, it's quite dry! The sweetness of the rice can be clearly seen, and the taste is refreshing! It's delicious....maybe not an outstanding something, but I think it's a stable and tasty sake for any occasion. I think it can be heated up...

おうどんパンToday I started a light trip to Kusatsu! I bought a bottle of sake at the Asama Sake Brewery Tourist Center for the first time! I will enjoy it with a sake cup from the same brewery! The aroma is not so great, probably because it's a hiraibai! The taste has a nice sweetness from the rice, and then it finishes dry! There is no strange residue, and it's very refreshing! This is a good sake for a meal.

おうどんパンAs a citizen of the prefecture, I must drink! So, here it is, the Male-Female River by Inaba Shuzo! It comes in a box and looks very classy...I'm going to drink it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma is quite subdued...almost none at all! The taste is...oh, this...it's water...the sweetness comes lightly and finishes with bitterness, but all the assertions are quite restrained! When the temperature is raised, it has a sake-like taste, but when it's cooled down, it's just like water...amazing...! Sutera is good, but this is good too!

ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Oudompan 😃. I bought Sandesi at a convenience store, but I had it the other day 😋 cold and hot 🤗.

おうどんパンThanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby 😊. Kore is delicious, isn't it? It's not half as easy to drink...I drank too much lol.

おうどんパンDrums of Victory (Donga Donga) So, this is my first Kintsuko! I'll have it with a glass of Hana-iroi Usuhari! First, the top clear liquid... the aroma is quite cemedine-like! The taste is... dry again! It's quite refreshing, not too sweet, and the bitterness is refreshingly refreshing. When mixed with a little bitterness, it becomes more rounded, but the refreshing feeling is still there. It can be drunk while eating without spoiling the taste of other foods. This is a wonderful encounter...

おうどんパンFirst time in Kita-Akita! My wife's mother bought it for me...thanks! I'll have it with Hana-Ryoe Nosaku Gugumi-Mimi! The aroma is a little bit alty, but not that strong! The taste is... rather strong sweetness, and then it goes away easily. It's kind of peculiar, but it's good... This is nice!

おうどんパンA definite one. I've started seeing it in commercials and such. It's a sweet and sizzling dessert drink! This one is a sure thing... yes, it's good! I recommend it to those who are not good at sake! I mean...it doesn't even feel like sake.

おうどんパンLet's go hunting! The "mae" sheep following the dreaming sheep! We captured them as soon as we found them, yay! So, let's enjoy the freshly captured sheep! The aroma has a hint of alcohol. The taste is... a rather strong alkoriness, followed by sweetness, and then a bitterness to finish it off. The taste is clearly different from Yumemiru Hitsuji, so I'm a little confused! Personally, I preferred Yumemiru... hmmm

おうどんパンNausicaa of the Valley of Ota (greeting) So, it's been a while since I've been to Fuchu Honor! I was told that this terroir wine is delicious, so I drank it! I'll have it with a glass of Hana-Ryoe wine! The aroma is a bit rummy...or is it? The taste is... oh... this... The sweetness comes first, but the acidity makes it go down smoothly! It's a 100 percent short-stalked boat, so it should be compared to Omachi, but it doesn't have such a strong rice flavor. Perhaps it is because it is the parent of Yamada, but there is no strong assertion of rice. But anyway, it's delicious... this is delicious... It's a little heavy, so you can't go crazy with it, but if you savor it slowly, it's also good...

おうどんパンHanaboe is still interesting (greeting) It's rare to find a sake that claims to be fast brewing... Of course, being a Hanabatake-skier, I bought it! I'll have it in a Hana-iroze wine glass! It's got a sweet aroma... which, what does it taste like? The sweetness is not that strong, and there is a light acidity, and the bitterness is not that strong, but it is rather sharp. The aftertaste is a bit bitter...? It's a little bit unique. Hanaboe has a lot of variations, so it's really interesting... I'll keep drinking it!

おうどんパンThe first packaged sake! And it is a Hasegawa Sake Shop selection! I bought it without looking at the price tag and was surprised at the great price! I'll have it with a glass of Hanayake wine! The aroma is so nice... The taste is... sweet... but light! The sourness also comes, but the bitterness makes it refreshing! What is this... the ease of drinking is extraordinary! And yet, the flavor is very strong. It's a very well balanced sake... delicious!

Two Rabbits, Two Mountains (Greetings) So, it's been a very long time since I've had two hares... when was the last time...? I'll have it with a glass of Hana-iroze wine! The aroma is... quite subdued. The taste is... how should I put it... it's very sweet and doesn't interfere with the taste of rice... I can't taste it while eating sukiyaki, so I'll add it later. I'll add it later. I feel it's much drier than I expected. It's a refreshing sake with the sweetness of the rice. I feel it's quite good as a food sake.

おうどんパンYou'll have to drink some of Hiran's Kijoshu or something like that! (I've made up my mind) So here it is, the Reborn of Hiran! I'll have it with a glass of Hanayake wine! The aroma is a little alty. The taste is...oh, this is...sweet! But while it has the sweetness characteristic of kijo-zake, it is not too clingy! Kijoshu is a very different type of sake, but it is a genre of sake that I would like people who are not familiar with sake to try. I think it is a good subject to learn about the wide range of potentials of sake... By the way, this is one of the best kijozake I've had so far... mmmm, delicious!

おうどんパンThis is what I did on the first day of the holidays! I've heard of this one, but never got around to it. I guessed that since it's a Chrysanthemum in the cold, there would be no mistake... I'll have it with a glass of wine! Wow... the ginjo aroma is so perfect! The taste is...delicious! This is sweet! It is quite sweet with a light acidity, and there is not so much bitterness, but the sweetness lingers lightly, but it is very sharp! Well, this sake has a dessert-like taste! Me? I love it!

おうどんパンOh my, so cute (abduction)! So, it's been a long time since I've seen Amabuki! I knew about Airabusushi, but if you say Chutoro... it's so cute! Does it taste cute? I'll have it with a hanayorae Nosaku gugumi-guri! The aroma is quite muted...how does it taste? Oh, this is... mmmmmm... It's dry, just like it's supposed to be super dry! The rice flavor comes in the aftertaste, and it's quite easy to drink! You may be put off by the super-harsh taste, but once you try it, you'll find that it's a very easy to drink sake that won't interfere with your meal!

おうどんパンIt's too peculiar. That's why Kidoizumi is one of the most peculiar sake breweries in the Kanto region! Of course, it was made in 2017, after a long period of time in bed! I can't even imagine what it tastes like... I can imagine the aroma though! I'll have it in a wine glass! The color is already amazing when you pour it... is it whiskey or something? The aroma...I guess that's what happens when you let it rest. It smells like caramel, or something like that, which is unique to Kidoizumi's aged sake (if you know what I mean)! Taste...sour! Sour! Sour! It starts and ends with sourness, and there is not even a hint of sweetness, just sourness! It's like it was kept in a red wine barrel, but the taste is as close to that as possible (exclamation). This is the kind of wine that you will hate if you drink it the wrong way... what should you do?

おうどんパンThe missing pieces are now coming together (shudder). So here it is, Choshu Yamadanishiki from Amami! I've had Aiyama, Omachi, and Senbon Nishiki, but for some reason I've never had this one... I'll straighten up...Bon appétit! The aroma is good... very good... I wonder how it tastes... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah... ah..! Yummmmai! It's soooo good! It's a bit sweet, with a bit of an alu feel to it. From there, the sourness and bitterness comes in with a bang, and it finishes off nicely! This is awesome....hmmm....heavenly beauty.....it's good....

おうどんパンFirst time in Kawanakajima! Activity...huh... (blank stare) I remember I blew a lot of water before, but... well, it was all right somehow! I'll have it with a glass of Hanayakie Usuhari! It smells so good! The taste...the carbonation is outrageous! It has a lot of sweetness, but the carbonation is so strong that you can drink it without feeling it... The aftertaste is so strong that you can tell it's sweet. But I guess some people don't like it because it's too carbonated...

おうどんパンHe should be able to fly (greetings). So this is my favorite Hiran! I heard from a certain Touji-san here on X (old Twitter) that regular Nikkomaru is his favorite, so I bought it! I'm going to have it in a Hanayakie Usuhari glass! The aroma is not that strong... but the taste is... Oh...from the sweetness to the light sourness, the aftertaste is very refreshing! What the heck is this? It's amazing... it's so refreshing! This is the kind of drink that makes you drink too much......dangerous, dangerous....

おうどんパンA piece from the gourd (greeting) So this is my first time at Wakakoma! Since it's the year of the horse...I must drink it! I'll have it in a snow-cold usuhari glass! The aroma is a little alty... and the taste is... Oh, this is sweet! Anyway, it's sweet! The sweetness is directly connected to the bitterness... It has a very grape-like sweetness! The Omachi-like sweetness (I can't explain it well) is not that strong. The aftertaste is not persistent, and it's sweet enough that you can keep drinking it! If this is the first time for me, I can expect the next one to be better! And congratulations on your 300th bottle!
