Yonezuru's...Erekimo?
It seems to be "Erekimo" which stands for "Elegant Kimotozukuri"...what a twisted name!
I can only hope for something like this!
The taste... I see...
The first impact comes from the acidity, and from there it goes down smoothly with a light alty feeling.
It's good as a food sake... I prefer it when it's well chilled because the aftertaste gets stronger as the temperature rises.
