Matsumidori純米吟醸 S.tokyo
おうどんパン
First time at Matsumidori!
S.tokyo is often seen in the X sake community, so I'm looking forward to seeing it!
The miraculous revival of a fantastic yeast discovered in 1909 after 115 years (according to the official page), and the expectations are growing...!
The taste is....sweet! It's so sweet! Oh, sweet!
It's a barrage of sweetness, sweetness, sweetness, so much so that it's probably sweeter than a bad kijo sake!
However, a light acidity comes in later, and it is not too sharp or dull.
It's a very unique sake among the ones I've had recently, but... I love it!
However, it has a strong sweetness, so I don't think it's a sake that I would drink in large gulps.
If you are a sake-bikiner, I think this will have a big impact on your concept of sake!
Yes, I recommend this one!
If you're a sweet-skinned person, this is a must-have!

Good morning, Mr. Oudompan 😃.
Mr. Pine Midori! I've been curious about this brand! But this one has a lot of sweetness 😳I think it might be too much for Nobby who is not a fan of too much sweetness 😅I appreciate the information about the sake 🤗.

Thanks again for your comments Jay & Nobby😊.
Yes...it is sweet to be honest. The sharpness is not that bad so it doesn't leave that much residue but if you don't like sweet... yes.
I hope this was helpful 🥰.
