Shinanotsuru's stubborn table!
This is my first time to try Shinanotsuru... does it taste stubborn?
The impact starts with sweetness, then comes a light sourness, and ends with bitterness.
Before the aftertaste comes, you can feel the alu feeling, but it is not that strong...but the aftertaste itself leaves a rather long aftertaste, doesn't it?
It is quite assertive, so you may have to choose dishes to go with it.
You may like it or not.
I think it's a direction I like.

Congratulations on your first Shinanotsuru at the Stubborn Table ㊗️ 🎉The Stubborn Table is said to be delicious raw! We have only had the fire-brewed one 🥲 but it is very assertive! I want to feel it 😋.
