Hello, Dr. Tasake! This time it's microbubbles with a name like "microbubbles" that seems to remove dirt well! I've never had a chance to drink it, because I have to finish all the bubbles as soon as possible... Taste-wise, it's really like a splash of carbonated rice wine! The aroma is of rice wine, but the sweetness is light and the bitterness is refreshing! It's nice to be able to drink it lightly... but I think I'm going to drink too much! It might be good to drink it like champagne while eating! It is quite light, so I don't think it will spoil the taste of food. If you ask me if I like it... hmmm? I don't dislike it, but I don't think it's something I would repeat.

It's been a long time since I've had Ozeyuki! I'm looking forward to it, as it's my first time to try pure Daijozo zest! It's a very nice and sweet sake with a nice sharpness.... It's a taste that's full of, well, gentleness! From the first impression to the aftertaste, it has a mild sweetness and aftertaste, and is very easy to drink! I recommend it!

So, this is the third Sentori rebrand! The previous Modern Sentori was also delicious! This time, I bought a sake fridge, so it's already freezing (-5 degrees Celsius)! Let's enjoy it now! Oh, yes! Sourness! (Sourness!) The sweetness comes first, but then the sourness kicks in and you can drink it refreshingly. The aftertaste is a bit of light bitterness. It does not leave a bad aftertaste, so it's totally OK! I've tried three kinds of Edo Eri, and this is the one I like the best. However, all three are perfectly suited to my tastes, so I can only say that they are delicious no matter which one I drink.

Kappappa-rumpa-rumpa (greetings)! So, this is Perle from Kizakura! I can't help but think of Kizakura in those packaged sake commercials. I'm looking forward to the sparkling wine yeast brewed sparkling! The taste is sweet and acidic, similar to that of Suzune, for example. I can also taste the wine flavor, and I think people who have never tasted sake before will be surprised! I think people who have never tasted sake before would be surprised! We can make it too!" I felt as if I was being told, "This is the kind of sake that's popular these days, isn't it? It's delicious!

Anyway, it has a sweetness at first, then a slight sourness, and finishes with bitterness. Well, the vector is a little different from the Hiraizumi I've had so far... If I had to say whether I like it or not, it's not bad, but it's not that good... I couldn't tell the difference in taste due to the pesticide-free cultivation...

Koei Chrysanthemum is my wife (for the 15th time in 9 months) So, this is Kouei Kiku's Sumikai! I'm so glad I didn't buy this one... but they only had one bottle, so I had to endure my wife's cold stare as I bought it! Now, how does it taste...? Oh, come on! It's still good, isn't it? (Overjoyed) The sourness comes from a rather light and gentle sweetness, but it's not that strong...it's mild for a Koueikiku...? I felt a light Yakult aftertaste in the back of the aftertaste... I felt this at the first impression, but after the second sip, I almost didn't feel it anymore, but... Koeihiku is still delicious...

Good morning, Oudonpan 😃. A bottle of Chenghai ‼️ was the reason for the quiet bee-bee between my sake wife and my real wife 😆. We also had a bottle 😋 and it was so refreshingly delicious that it killed us in the blink of an eye because it was a four-pack 😙You're right about the one-pack bottle 🤗.

The second Sentori! It is a classic! It has a sweet to chili taste with a light acidity and bitterness, which makes it easy to drink. It has a typical Sentori taste and we can recommend it to many people! Perhaps it is because it is made with Kame-no-o, but it has a sweetness that is more forward than the retro flavor, making it easy to recommend to everyone. I think it is easy to recommend to everyone, especially to those who are new to sake. But, well... what is Edo? I was a little confused by the discrepancy between the taste and the image I got from the label, but it's delicious! I love the taste!

Basically, it's mainly sourness, not so much sweetness, and the aftertaste is bitter and sharp! It's called retro, but... hmmm, it just tastes like a recent fad... It's good, it's good, but I'm bothered by what "retro" means...

I've been drinking sake for a few years now. One of the sake that got me hooked in the early days was Tasake! Going back to the basics, the 400th sake I posted is Tokubetsu Junmai 2024! I still remember how shocked I was when I first drank it... The aroma is still the same as ever... Ramune! The taste is... ah, yes, this is it... yummy... The taste is like rumune, sweet but not too sweet, with a good acidity and not too much bitterness. The aftertaste is also refreshing, so you can't go wrong with this! Well, I guess rice wine is good...

Hara Sake Brewery's second product! This one was also a gift! This time it's a fresh stored sake... I was told to drink it cold, so I made sure it was nice and cold! Well, what does it taste like? Mmmm..! Sweet! The sweetness comes in a flash, followed by a weak bitterness that finishes it off. The aftertaste is slightly sweet, but it's not that sweet, and it's refreshing. I got the impression from a certain manga that brewer's alcohol is not good, but it is tasty enough, and I can recommend it! Drinking various brands of sake, I feel like I'm traveling around Japan with sake.

The sake we received after many twists and turns It was my first time to drink sake from the Hara Sake Brewery! It's a special honjozo, so...let's see what it tastes like! First of all, it was lightly chilled. The aroma is not so peculiar, and the taste goes from the umami sweetness of the rice, through the bitterness, to the dry and sharp taste. It has no peculiarities, and the aftertaste is just a hint of bitterness. And when I tried heating it up, it was very nice! The aroma is not too strong even when heated, and there is a slight alty taste. The warmth and softness of the warmed sake taste is perfect for this time of year when the weather is getting colder! I felt that the time for heated sake had arrived.... I like this sake better when it's heated up!

It was my heavenly destiny to drink Tenmei (I'm sure) So it's been a long time since I've had tenmei! Sakashita is written and read as Bange...hmmm... First of all, without involving ori. The sweetness comes first, but it is quite light and not too sweet. The sourness is light and the bitterness is light, making it easy to drink. The dryness increases a little when mixed with "ori", and the taste is even lighter! Anyway, it is a sake that can be drunk smoothly and pleasantly. On the other hand, it can be said that it is the type of sake that you drink in a good mood and sink in a heap. P.S. I don't know why I even posted the TL image of Pre-Cone... It's funny how I got it wrong.

Heating up sake in the Wind Forest? What is this? So, it's for heating up at Kaze no Mori... I lightly heated it in the microwave for now. I've always thought of Kaze no Mori as more chilled than heated... but hey, hey, hey! It's delicious! Maybe it's because it's a little cold today, but it's good! The flavor profile is basically sweetness and sourness, followed by umami and then acidity. It tastes similar to Niida's heated sake. By the way, I tried it cold... but it's also delicious... it tastes like a thick lemon squash with the acidity as the main flavor. This is delicious! It tastes even better because it's cold! Heating up the sake is great!

Ichiko raifuku... daifuku no e... ichigo raifuku... What a good idea! So, this is Ichigo Raifuku by Raifuku-san! I've had Raifuku's sake made with strawberry yeast before, but this one is different...which one...? It has a beautiful sweetness with a light sourness, it's a very beautiful sake.... The aftertaste is sweet, which is also good! I got a faint strawberry milk sensation... even though it's a sake! Although it doesn't have the Daifuku feeling (of course), I don't know how to describe it, even among the various sake I've had... Anyway, it has a lovely aftertaste. I'm sure no one can understand this one, though...

Tomorrow is full of hope (I hope). So, this is Senkou's Hope! I'm exhausted from work lately, so I just want to have a little hope... The taste is...woohoo! Light sweet and sour, clean and crisp! (Great joy!) It's easy to drink again...easy to drink anyway! The aftertaste is not too strong, so there is no problem even if you drink it during a meal! However, while the lack of peculiarities is the best thing about it, it may lack a little impact... By the way, the higher the temperature, the more acidity it has, but the aftertaste is a little subtle... It tastes better when it's cooled down. I highly recommend this to sake beginners!

We're going to open the door! (Decision) So here it is, the "door to the next chapter" of Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1! I have no idea what kind of sake it is from the name... Akitsuho is their specialty, and the rice polishing ratio is 70%... Well, what does it taste like? Wow! Sourness! (Overjoyed) Basically, it is composed of sourness, not so much sweetness, and it cuts through smoothly. Anyway, if you like sour sake, I can recommend it unconditionally! When it warms up a little, the taste expands and it is good again! It is better to enjoy drinking it at different temperatures instead of just cooling it down.......yum!

This year's MIXED series #2! Easy-drinking sweet sparkling wine...? Let's have a drink! Oh, wow! It's so soft and smooth! The sweetness is rather light and the aftertaste is refreshing. It flows easily, so it's a good way to refresh after eating a strong dish. The use of bitterness is very good! Also, if it is too cold, it is too smooth, so I think you can feel the taste of the sake more strongly if you warm the whole bottle a little in the room before drinking. Mmm, it's good!

Back to the Mountain (Everyday Life) I bought this bottle on the recommendation of the liquor store owner's brother! I'm excited because it has interesting specs like 3 years aging! Wow! This is so rich! The sweetness goes right through, and then it finishes with a touch of acidity. The sweetness leaves a rather long aftertaste. I think it's pretty easy to drink, but if you drink it too fast, you'll be crushed for sure... It has a strong sweetness, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like sweets... but it's delicious! I love it!
