It is a Ciel Nouveau from Kabishin! The other day, I drank a Pêcheline, which was delicious... The first impression is quite sweetness, with a slight sourness, and a slight bitterness at the end. The sweetness stays rather long in the aftertaste. It is very elegant taste... I like it. The sweetness is rather strong, so it has a strong dessert taste. It is like drinking sake by itself. If you want to drink with it, you might want to drink something tart!

Merry-go-round, merry-go-round, merry-go-round... So, this is Koganezawa's merry-go-round, not Toshinobu Kubota's...! I've already bought this sake by the packet... I wonder if it's really to my taste? The rice is Hitomebore? I haven't had rice sake for a long time. When it's cooled down, it has a slight sweetness, with a citrusy acidity. The aftertaste is not too harsh, but very refreshing. When the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes more pronounced. It is easy to drink, so I have to make sure that I don't drink too much and end up on a merry-go-round (pretend).

Hibiki Amabuki! If I see apple yeast or something like that, how can I not buy it....it's abduction with room to spare, this kind of thing! The sweetness at the beginning is quite restrained. Then comes the sourness with a hint of apple yeast, and finishes with a light bitterness. The overall feeling is dry, but there is a strong sense of apple! I think it would be better to drink it at a slightly higher temperature... The sweetness, which had been suppressed, has also made a little appearance!

It's been a long time since I've seen the MIXED series! Anyway, the label is so cute! Al degree is 7%...I have a feeling it will be gone soon! The taste is.......................................... Sweet! Soupy! I love the sweetness! The sweetness is rather mild, with a hint of orange? Then, the sourness starts to stand out and it is refreshing! Thanks to the low alcohol content, you can enjoy it in large gulps! I wish they served this in a bottle...

Hi 😃, udon bread. This is a perfect bottle for the first drink of adulthood 🤗. If the residents of the Sakegawa area drank it, it would be gone before they could say "fufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufufu" 😅.

Thanks again for your comments, Jay & Nobby 🥰. It's true, I highly recommend it for sake beginners! If the people around here are not good at it, they might drink it instead of chasers lol.

Tsuki Zhong Tian on nights when the moon is beautiful! (Cloudy sky) So here it is, Tsukichuten! This time it's a single heating of the original sake... The color of the background is different from the last time I drank it... I knew it was a cute little nyan cat 🥰. The initial taste is sweet like grapes, then sour with a hint of apple, but it finishes early! The aftertaste is well balanced, not too long and not too short. As the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes more pronounced than the sweetness... This is my favorite!

It's been a while, Jiameishin! I've never even heard of white peach yeast.......so I'm curious about it, so immediate abduction! I'm curious about the taste... It certainly tastes like white peaches... seriously? The sweetness is not too strong, and the acidity is not too bitter, but it goes away nicely. It's like a refreshing peach juice! What is this... it's delicious! No, this is really good!

This is the fourth collaboration between Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture! It is a collaboration with Naraman, but this one is Junmai sake! I knew this fox was eating hard fries... The taste is very good! It has a thick sweetness and umami, and while the sweetness lingers, a slight bitterness gradually fades away. Well, this sake is very relaxing!

This is the last of the consecutive holidays! It's a nigori sake from Kikusui that I caught at the supermarket! I bought it because it said it goes well with kimuchi nabe! But I don't have kimuchi nabe! Haha! For some reason, I drank it while grilling saury outside my house! The taste is alcoholic from the aroma, then sweetness comes and then the alcohol comes again! It was too much alcohol for me... yes! It's a liqueur, isn't it? I'm not sure if it's a liqueur or not. I tried to drink it with carbonated water, which naoji taught me! Oh...this is good! It alleviates a lot of the weird al-ness and sweetness... Thank you 😊

Caution! This review is based on very specific conditions. It is not intended to be a reference... So, this is my first Tanigawadake Junmai Daiginjo! It was made in 2019...6 years ago! It was stored at room temperature in the house! When I opened it, it looked like a caramel.... The aroma is the same aroma I've smelled before at Kidoizumi... The taste, however, is not bad, with a sense of maturity, and the sweetness and umami of the rice are in good condition! I think it would probably taste better if it were warmed up! I will try it again later! This sake is very strong! And the next day... I tried warming it up. The aroma was okay, but the taste was much better! The flavor is so good... the umami is really coming on! I drank 4 gou of it! Bakatare!

Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture's collaboration for the third stage! This time it's Suehiro Sake Brewery! They say it's "Amai" (sweet), but... well, what do you think? Well... this is sweet! The sweetness comes first, followed by a slight bitterness that refreshes the palate! As the temperature rises, the overall taste becomes rounder, and a light sourness can be felt at the same time. The sweetness is just as I imagined it would be, but it's not too strong, and it's not too bitter, so I think it would be fine even during a meal. By the way, the label shows mysterious characters drinking together... what are these guys?

This is the second collaboration between Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture! By the way, I bought 4 kinds of this collaboration at the supermarket, so I have 3 more including this one lol. This cat is also holding a bag of hard fries... do they fit together? The rice flavor and sweetness comes in softly, and then it goes down smoothly...it's so refreshing! I think this is the best for eating... nice, yummy! The sweet and sour taste is the same, but drinking this kind of sake is very calming! Postscript. It was gone before I knew it. 300 is not much.

It's been a long time since I've had Ichinozo's Himezen. I often see the ones sold in tiny cans in supermarkets, but this is the first time I've seen Himezen, and I can't stand still because I'm a sweet and sour person. Of course, the taste is just like Himezen! Sweet! Sour! That is, sweet and sour! I like it! (Lukewarm) It's a little less sweet than the regular Himezen...? To be honest, I can't feel that big of a difference, and I'm too sorry for being an uncle with a stupid tongue... It's 8% alcohol by volume, so I can gobble it up....

I found a collaboration between Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture... I've never tried it before, but I've never tried it before... There is a fox eating a hard-fat fries... I wonder if it goes well with it... The slight sweetness gives the taste of rice, with a hint of bitterness... The aftertaste is rather strong, but not unpleasant. It's just right as a food sake, and it goes well with today's dinner of hot pot without interfering with it. I think it might be good warmed up...

I'm off to planetary exploration (greeting) So, this is Koro's Planet No. 9! Sweet and sour, that's all I have to say, and I can afford to buy it (a little bit). I wonder how different it would be with type-B...? It has a sweetness at the beginning, but it is not too sweet, and it finishes with a chili feeling, a sourness that is not too strong, and a citrusy aftertaste. The citrus aftertaste is interesting... my current sensation is a slight taste of Bon Temps candy. I can't say for sure, since it may change depending on my physical condition, what I had just before, what I ate, and the temperature, but I feel like it's not just sweet and sour, as I feel like I'm drinking it right now! It's a light drink, so I guess it can go before or after a meal... I like it.

Kouei Chrysanthemum is my second wife (worldly talk) So this is Tsukikage. I've had this before, but Shinriki... must have used divine power, this is your first time! It was bottled in February this year and stored at -5 degrees Celsius for about 8 months before being shipped...I'm looking forward to it! The taste is Koei-Kiku's signature sourness-centered assembly. The sweetness comes afterwards, so it is not just sour! I've been told that the taste will change again after opening the package... I'll be drinking this one little by little!

The last of this month's favorite honored chrysanthemum... It is Anastasia orange! They challenged themselves to create a bottle that would allow you to enjoy the gentle sweetness of Anastasia Green and the citrusiness of Dusk Orange at the same time... As a lover of both (especially twilight orange), I couldn't resist! The taste is... oh, I see... The sweetness is indeed light, and from there, there is a sourness that feels like a chrysanthemum, and finally, it finishes with a slight bitterness that is not unpleasant. Anyway, it has a light flavor from start to finish without being harsh, so you won't get tired of drinking it. As the temperature rises, it becomes rounder and you can certainly taste a gentle sweetness... It might taste better if it is not cooled down too much.

It's been a long time since I've had a Hana-yosu! I hesitated to open the bottle for a while, but I opened it! It is THE MATCH! It is a combination of two types of sake rice, Yamada-Nishiki and Omachi... Well, what does it taste like? The aroma is a stable hana-yoso aroma! The taste comes from the acidity, followed by a light sweetness, and finishes with bitterness! Of course, while drinking it, the unique aroma of Huayouyasumi is passing through your nose, and it is very pleasant... Yes, it's good...(sincerity)

Last in the series of Niigata souvenirs! Candy Apple from Naeba Sake Brewery! The label is just so cute! I wonder if it's an apple candy... I can't wait to see how it tastes! The aroma...oh, I've smelled this many times at Kidoizumi! I can smell it a little when I put it in my mouth, but that's just because it's an aged sake. The taste has an apple-like sourness, but the sweetness is just as good as the name! The aftertaste has a light bitterness, but it is not too strong. The apple taste increases as the temperature rises, so it might be better not to cool it down too much. It was sold at room temperature at the store. Yes, it's delicious!

So, it's been a while since I've been on top of this! Neo-Classics and the like already stick in the minds of HR/HM lovers because of the name, you know what I mean! (speaking rapidly) Basically, it's an acidity-based assembly... The sweetness comes from the acidity and finishes with the acidity. (It may be a little strange since it is after a certain amount of drinking...) There is an alu feeling in the sensation after drinking, so you may not like it here. However, the short aftertaste after drinking means that it is easy to drink, so I think this is a plus. Personally, I like the taste! P.S. This sake is more interesting at room temperature than too chilled...! I recommend it at Hanayakie or chilled!
