It's cool, but we're going to cool down! So here we are at Masumi's Suzumisake! Might have been a while since I've had No. 7 yeast or something... Wow, it smells very apple-like! It's quite light in sweetness and acidity, and it's rather dry and refreshing! It's light and refreshing, with a light 14 degrees Celsius! It's like the name says it all, and I can drink it even when it's hot.

It's been a while since my last post! It's the yellow Ride that I missed out on last year! It seems they changed the name to Mizuchi this year...anyway, I finally bought it! (Overjoyed!) It's as close as I could get to the shock I got when I drank Beaumichel. The sweetness is very strong, and the acidity is very strong, and the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. This is good for this time of year when it starts to get hot... yum! The alcohol content is also quite low at 8%, which also adds to the ease of drinking! I would definitely recommend this to sake beginners... but if you make this your standard, it's not a good idea... Sweet and sour skiing is a must! Amazing... delicious...

Thanks again for your comments, Jay & Nobby 🥰. It's light, so it would certainly fit for a weekend lunch! The problem is that they run out quickly...

Hi 💦, Oudompan. I was wondering if the label was unfamiliar, Ride? has changed to this one 😳 I would love to try it as it is a sweet and sour ski 😆.

HANA-YOSU again! It is Yamada-Nishiki, which is highly acclaimed for its excellent taste! I straighten my collar and......eat! The aroma is... too unique! The taste is sweet, with little acidity, and goes down smoothly and cleanly. I felt like I was eating a fine sugar candy! This is amazing... so expensive...

It's been a long time since I last saw Gekchutensen! What a cute label! The kitten messing with the moon in the air is so cute! The sake is -13 in Sake, so how sweet can it be... When I drank it... Hmm! The sweetness is not as strong as I thought it would be... then it starts with a citrus-like sourness and finishes with a slight bitterness. The Getsu Zhong Tian that I have had so far is rather strong in its sweetness and acidity, but this one is very light! Perhaps it is because the alkalinity is low, but you will not get tired of drinking it, and it is refreshing! I highly, highly recommend this one!

Consecutive Hanaboe! This time it's SodaPop! Another eye-catching label... Too bad it's not one that can be peeled off... Without mixing the cage...yes, it's sweet and sour! (smiling) I don't feel much difference from Splash... After mixing the cage...! Nice lactic acidity... Lactic acidic soda for adults is not a bad thing! This is another one that I can't stop drinking... I've got work tomorrow, so I'd better moderate it.

It's Friday! Booze! (Sake Cusses) So, here is the Splash of our beloved Trickster Hanaboe! First of all, the design is really nice! You can't tell it's sake just by looking at it! Anyway, I was afraid to open the bottle because it says "be careful"... but nothing happened... I was afraid to open the bottle... but nothing happened... -5℃ is too great... I'm glad I bought this gourmet cool! I didn't stir the corkage first... sweet and sour...! Meca-umami! I can't stop drinking Hanaboe because of this... When mixed with ori, the sweetness and sourness become milder, and the light bitterness gives it a nice kick! I can drink as much of this as I want... it's delicious! Well, just the other day there was a guy who said he was tired of sweet and sour (that's you!)

This is my first time to visit Tsuji Zenbei! I was surprised to see that it was made with wine yeast... I thought that the brewer would want us to drink something basic.......and abduction! The taste is... rather sweet. Then comes a light acidity and a slightly peculiar aftertaste with a bit of winey feeling. As the label says, this wine tastes better when it is well chilled. I tried it on the rocks, which is also recommended... and it was great! If it's approved by the brewer, I can drink it without hesitation.

It has also been a long time since Toko! The taste is... rather dry. It's like the bitterness from the delicious taste of the rice is quickly followed by the bitterness of the rice. This is good for a body that is used to sweet and sour! I never get tired of it...

I'm as excited as I am about triple the amount of koji or kaio-ken! So, it's Rajomon! I'm so happy to be able to drink this... I can only thank my friends from the bottom of my heart! I'm curious about the taste... it's delicious! Because it is made with triple the amount of koji, it starts with a sourness... but then comes a moderate sweetness. Then the sourness comes again, and it finishes off nicely. The balance is just too good... This one jumped to number one among all the sakes I drank this year! Wow... this is a sake I want to drink every year...

Ohisashi Bunraku! Translated into Japanese, hanagumori...? Well, I wonder if Hanagumori is a kind of sake... I'm looking forward to it because Bunraku is a kind of sake that I like rather a lot! I'm looking forward to it! Ama! The first contact is quite vigorous sweetness! Then it finishes with bitterness accompanied by a light acidity. The bitterness leaves a rather long aftertaste. It is similar to the Kibotsu Tsuru that I drank before this. It has a sharp taste, but it feels rather thick, so you may get tired of drinking it... Maybe it's time for me to go for a dry one... I'm getting tired of drinking sweet and sour type wine...

My first Kiho crane! And 444 reviews, thank you very much! This is definitely a jacket purchase for sure! I'm looking forward to it, however, as I've heard from an acquaintance that the brewery has been having a lot of fun lately! It is quite sweet with a clear acidity and a dry finish with not so much bitterness. The aftertaste is a bitterness with a light sweetness that lingers for a rather long time. Although I can feel some peculiarity in the aftertaste, it seems to be in line with the recent trend. Personally, I wouldn't repeat it...it's a little heavy and the aftertaste doesn't suit me...well, everyone has their own taste preferences. I wonder how it will change over the next few days!

Touhoku Izumi, which was among the set sales. But I know... it's delicious! First of all, I drank it without adding the orikake... it has a dark fruitiness, then a chiliiness, and the bitterness comes rather clearly in the aftertaste. Thanks to this bitterness, I can drink it clean! If you add a little bit of cocoa powder, the chili taste becomes milder, and it becomes very easy to drink. It is a good sake to drink with food because it is refreshing! Even though it's sold as a set...it may even eclipse the star of the show! Delicious!

It's been a long time since I've been right on top of it! Casual modern and all that fun, right? I wonder what it will taste like...? The aroma might be a bit "alu"...? The taste is... sweetness, then acidity, and then a bitterness to finish it off. If you can tolerate the alu-ness felt here and there, it's a very tasty sake. Personally, of course, I like it! It's so good...I love it!

It's been a very long time since I've been in Hidakami! Today I went to see cherry blossoms, so I thought this would be a continuation of that experience... So here it is! Wow... it has a great rummy taste! The umami and bitterness give it a refreshing kick! Well, I like it because it is very assertive, even for a pure Daiya. I think that the common expression "like water" can be a bit characterless, so I prefer it when it is as assertive as this! Yes, it's good! I really appreciate the guy at the liquor store who recommended it to me!

At the beginning of the fiscal year, it's cherry blossom viewing! (Greetings) So it's been a long time since we have had a "romance" and a "hanami romance"! Wow...what a mild taste! When it's cooled down, it goes from mild sweetness to a slight sourness and bitterness, and it finishes like light snow! Even if you raise the temperature to light, it still has a very light and delicate taste. It's so calming...

Shinanotsuru's stubborn table! This is my first time to try Shinanotsuru... does it taste stubborn? The impact starts with sweetness, then comes a light sourness, and ends with bitterness. Before the aftertaste comes, you can feel the alu feeling, but it is not that strong...but the aftertaste itself leaves a rather long aftertaste, doesn't it? It is quite assertive, so you may have to choose dishes to go with it. You may like it or not. I think it's a direction I like.
