Tsujizenbeeワイン酵母仕込み 純米酒
おうどんパン
This is my first time to visit Tsuji Zenbei!
I was surprised to see that it was made with wine yeast...
I thought that the brewer would want us to drink something basic.......and abduction!
The taste is... rather sweet.
Then comes a light acidity and a slightly peculiar aftertaste with a bit of winey feeling.
As the label says, this wine tastes better when it is well chilled.
I tried it on the rocks, which is also recommended... and it was great!
If it's approved by the brewer, I can drink it without hesitation.

Good morning, Mr. Udonpan 😃.
Congratulations on your first Tsuji Zenbei 🎉 ㊗️
It's fun to drink it chilled and on the rocks 🧊...our 100th was Tsuji Zenbei Spark and we haven't had a drink at home since then 😅.

Thanks for all your comments Jay & Nobby 🥰.
I hadn't touched it before but when I heard it was wine yeast I couldn't shut up lol.
Rock, not bad...
