The last sip of the year is Matsumori from Ibaraki, my hometown! The label's character, Jozuru-san, is adorable 🥰. The taste is... nice rice flavor! The sweetness of the rice gives us the umami, and the light bitterness makes us feel it's nice. This is definitely delicious even heated up... I'll have it as a friend for warming up at the beginning of the year, I think! So, this year's review is not very useful, but I would like to thank all of you who have read it! I'll keep on reviewing in detail next year, thank you very much! I wish you all a Happy New Year!

This is the first shot to open my mouth on New Year's Eve! It's Amabuki... I heard that it can be heated or chilled at a liquor store, and this is it... seriously? Anyway, I'll have it cold! The aroma is already strawberry! So much strawberry! The taste is mainly sourness... the aroma of strawberry comes in a flash, then sourness, and later a little sweetness with a strawberry taste. And the alcohol content is 16%, so you feel like you've had a drink. As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes a little stronger, and the strawberry taste increases. I think I'll try heating it up later! I tried heating it up. Warmed up... Mmm-hmm! I see! The alu flavor becomes stronger, but the acidity is more intense, which is very interesting. Strawberry taste is far away from it, though...

Drinking place No. 2 I had it hot! I said it was not too hot, but I guess they didn't get the message...it's so hot...no wonder! The sweetness and umami of the rice gently and gradually enters your body... it's really good...

Found at a drinking party I had it heated up for now. The sweetness gives a tingling sensation, while the light acidity makes it delicious! It's pretty smooth... but of course the umami is very strong! Well, this is the time of year for heated sake!

Today was the last day of work! I feel like there are still some things to do, but I'm done for now, so I should drink..! Today we're having a crab casserole, so I thought it must be heated! So I asked my favorite liquor store if they had any good sake for heating up, and they recommended this one! Aged sake, something like this... sounds interesting, doesn't it? Of course, I warmed it up, and set the temperature at 45 degrees Celsius, and tried it first Yes, it's good! It's good... It has a certain sense of maturity, but it's not too sharp, and you can feel the full flavor of rice. The aftertaste is a little tingling, but it's nice!

Yoshida Kura recommended by a liquor store owner It says that sake is brewed with sake, but... this is kijoshu, isn't it? I asked him about it, and he told me that I have to join an association or something to call it "kijoshu"... it's not easy to do... I can't say enough about the taste... The sweetness is rather moderate, I guess. As the back label says, it has a citrusy acidity, and the aftertaste is refreshing, not too strong. You may be surprised if you drink it with a feeling of "Kijoshu", a rich sweet sake. Personally, I think this is easier to drink than trying to capture a certain type of bird, and the taste is not to be outdone! Yummmmai! This is a repeat!

This is my 500th review to commemorate! I was wondering what to drink, but then I remembered that I started Sake-no-wa in search of new encounters... so here it is this time! It's my first time at Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery! The label is a bush and a light truck from the beloved "Toyama Soft Center"... yes, it's a collaboration (please search for it on YouTube)! By purchasing this product, you can also donate to animal welfare projects, which is a three-for-one level of fulfillment! As for the taste, it goes from quite sweet to light and crisp with a light alty taste. As the temperature rises, the umami of the rice also spreads out (although the alu flavor increases a little along with it)...it might be good warmed up! I didn't know about this one, but I like it!

It is a Ciel Nouveau from Kabishin! The other day, I drank a Pêcheline, which was delicious... The first impression is quite sweetness, with a slight sourness, and a slight bitterness at the end. The sweetness stays rather long in the aftertaste. It is very elegant taste... I like it. The sweetness is rather strong, so it has a strong dessert taste. It is like drinking sake by itself. If you want to drink with it, you might want to drink something tart!

Merry-go-round, merry-go-round, merry-go-round... So, this is Koganezawa's merry-go-round, not Toshinobu Kubota's...! I've already bought this sake by the packet... I wonder if it's really to my taste? The rice is Hitomebore? I haven't had rice sake for a long time. When it's cooled down, it has a slight sweetness, with a citrusy acidity. The aftertaste is not too harsh, but very refreshing. When the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes more pronounced. It is easy to drink, so I have to make sure that I don't drink too much and end up on a merry-go-round (pretend).

Hibiki Amabuki! If I see apple yeast or something like that, how can I not buy it....it's abduction with room to spare, this kind of thing! The sweetness at the beginning is quite restrained. Then comes the sourness with a hint of apple yeast, and finishes with a light bitterness. The overall feeling is dry, but there is a strong sense of apple! I think it would be better to drink it at a slightly higher temperature... The sweetness, which had been suppressed, has also made a little appearance!

It's been a long time since I've seen the MIXED series! Anyway, the label is so cute! Al degree is 7%...I have a feeling it will be gone soon! The taste is.......................................... Sweet! Soupy! I love the sweetness! The sweetness is rather mild, with a hint of orange? Then, the sourness starts to stand out and it is refreshing! Thanks to the low alcohol content, you can enjoy it in large gulps! I wish they served this in a bottle...

Tsuki Zhong Tian on nights when the moon is beautiful! (Cloudy sky) So here it is, Tsukichuten! This time it's a single heating of the original sake... The color of the background is different from the last time I drank it... I knew it was a cute little nyan cat 🥰. The initial taste is sweet like grapes, then sour with a hint of apple, but it finishes early! The aftertaste is well balanced, not too long and not too short. As the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes more pronounced than the sweetness... This is my favorite!

It certainly tastes like white peaches... seriously? The sweetness is not too strong, and the acidity is not too bitter, but it goes away nicely. It's like a refreshing peach juice! This is the fourth collaboration between Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture! It is a collaboration with Naraman, but this one is Junmai sake! I knew this fox was eating hard fries... The taste is very good! It has a thick sweetness and umami, and while the sweetness lingers, a slight bitterness gradually fades away. Well, this sake is very relaxing!

This is the last of the consecutive holidays! It's a nigori sake from Kikusui that I caught at the supermarket! I bought it because it said it goes well with kimuchi nabe! But I don't have kimuchi nabe! Haha! For some reason, I drank it while grilling saury outside my house! The taste is alcoholic from the aroma, then sweetness comes and then the alcohol comes again! It was too much alcohol for me... yes! It's a liqueur, isn't it? I'm not sure if it's a liqueur or not. I tried to drink it with carbonated water, which naoji taught me! Oh...this is good! It alleviates a lot of the weird al-ness and sweetness... Thank you 😊

Caution! This review is based on very specific conditions. It is not intended to be a reference... So, this is my first Tanigawadake Junmai Daiginjo! It was made in 2019...6 years ago! It was stored at room temperature in the house! When I opened it, it looked like a caramel.... The aroma is the same aroma I've smelled before at Kidoizumi... The taste, however, is not bad, with a sense of maturity, and the sweetness and umami of the rice are in good condition! I think it would probably taste better if it were warmed up! I will try it again later! This sake is very strong! And the next day... I tried warming it up. The aroma was okay, but the taste was much better! The flavor is so good... the umami is really coming on! I drank 4 gou of it! Bakatare!

Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture's collaboration for the third stage! This time it's Suehiro Sake Brewery! They say it's "Amai" (sweet), but... well, what do you think? Well... this is sweet! The sweetness comes first, followed by a slight bitterness that refreshes the palate! As the temperature rises, the overall taste becomes rounder, and a light sourness can be felt at the same time. The sweetness is just as I imagined it would be, but it's not too strong, and it's not too bitter, so I think it would be fine even during a meal. By the way, the label shows mysterious characters drinking together... what are these guys?

This is the second collaboration between Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture! By the way, I bought 4 kinds of this collaboration at the supermarket, so I have 3 more including this one lol. This cat is also holding a bag of hard fries... do they fit together? The rice flavor and sweetness comes in softly, and then it goes down smoothly...it's so refreshing! I think this is the best for eating... nice, yummy! The sweet and sour taste is the same, but drinking this kind of sake is very calming! Postscript. It was gone before I knew it. 300 is not much.

It's been a long time since I've had Ichinozo's Himezen. I often see the ones sold in tiny cans in supermarkets, but this is the first time I've seen Himezen, and I can't stand still because I'm a sweet and sour person. Of course, the taste is just like Himezen! Sweet! Sour! That is, sweet and sour! I like it! (Lukewarm) It's a little less sweet than the regular Himezen...? To be honest, I can't feel that big of a difference, and I'm too sorry for being an uncle with a stupid tongue... It's 8% alcohol by volume, so I can gobble it up....
