Yamatoshizuku純米吟醸 ユキノヤマト
おうどんパン
It's been a long time since I've seen Yamato Shizuku!
It's a little late in the season, isn't it, Yukino Yamato?
First of all, let's try it without the ori...
The sweetness comes first, then a light bitterness, and then it goes down smoothly.
I wonder if it will be the same if you add the ori...?
When the temperature rises a little, the overall taste expands.
The sweetness increases and the aftertaste becomes longer, but it is better to drink it differently depending on your likes and dislikes.
If you want to enjoy it while eating, drink it when it is well chilled. If you want to enjoy it by itself, drink it at a higher temperature.
It may be a little out of the ordinary, but it might be fun to try heating it up lightly.
