So, this is my first Tanigawadake Junmai Daiginjo!
It was produced in 2019...6 years ago!
It was stored at room temperature in the house!
When I opened it, the color was like a caramel...
The aroma is the same aroma I've smelled before at Kidoizumi...
The taste, however, is not bad, with a sense of maturity, and the sweetness and umami of the rice are in good condition!
I think it would probably taste better if it were warmed up!
I will try it again later!
This sake is very strong!
And the next day...
I tried warming it up.
The aroma was okay, but the taste was much better!
This is good... the umami is really coming on!
