It's been a long time since I've been to Amami!
I've been away since Mr. Fujioka left the company.
This is the first time since the new organization took over, so I'm looking forward to it!
First of all, without the oriji...hmmm...! It's sweet and sour!
The sharpness from there is the same as ever!
It's been a while since I last drank it, so I can't tell the difference, but I don't think it's any less delicious.
It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness and sharpness.
The aftertaste has some alkalinity and a unique aftertaste.
I don't know if I felt this the last time I drank it or not, because it is not mentioned in any of the previous posts...
Well, I can't help but honestly respect and appreciate that you are still going through all of this... Thanks for the treat!
