It's hard to describe it...it's like a sunburst of Koureikiku, with a huge sourness & acidity & tartness!
The sweetness comes from there, and then the sourness again, and the bitterness is not so much, but it is very clean and crisp!
When mixed with Ori, the initial sourness mellows out a bit, but the impact is still amazing...
Even a liqueur made from fruits with strong acidity, such as pink grapefruit, would pass this test... It doesn't feel like a sake at all!
I drank something amazing...!
