First encounter at my first store! The moment I saw the shape of the bottle, I was so excited that I asked for it! I looked it up later and found out that the price was really expensive...wow! It's just so easy to drink when it's cooled down. But when the temperature goes up, it changes dramatically! I don't know how to describe it, but it's delicious! I don't know how to describe it, but... it's delicious! Thank you very much for the sake!

It's been a long time since Igarashi and Omachi! It's been a while since I've had Omachi, but it's been a while since I've had any... I can feel the sweetness first, then the acidity, and then the Omachi-like flavor (I can't tell)... It's a very easy-drinking sake, with a sense of rummy... The sharpness is not bad, and I think it can be drunk in the summer time... It's not too sharp, and I think it's refreshing even in the summer..! This is good!

It's been a long time since I was able to buy it! So it's Shinsei's flax cat! I'm glad I managed to find a sales channel for it... I wonder how it will be in 2023? Well, it's still Shinsei flavor... (smiles) Sourness sourness sourness AND sourness, sweetness but sourness! I guess this is a one-and-only thing, no matter how you look at it. The hurdle to buy it is high, but the taste is worth it!

It's raining... let's make it rain. From the bottle to the label...oh my gosh...! The taste is just like the name! The sweetness and tartness really hit the sweet and sour skis! The balance is not too much of one or the other, but a very good balance! I strongly recommend this to sake beginners! Oh, yummy... Why did the consecutive holidays end? I want to drink...

First time to Fujii Sake Brewery! It's the hanpukai of Imanaya! I'm looking forward to it! This is interesting! Basically, it's a sour-centered assembly, not so much sweetness, but a refreshing lemon water-like taste! I wondered what wild yeast was, but it is a yeast with completely different genetic information from association yeast, and there are many unknowns.......sounds like a very interesting thing to do!

From an acquaintance. This is way too much fun... The sharpness from the sweetness is amazing... It's quite refreshing with a hint of sourness. Oh, it's so good... Postscript... God was here (greeting) So, I bought a bottle of sake made by Mr. Naohiko Noguchi, who is called "God". For some reason, York-Benimaru had it on sale, so I bought it without hesitation! Then, let's have it! The aroma is soft and alty. The taste... comes from the sweetness, and ends with bitterness. As the temperature rises, the sweetness spreads. It is quite different from the sake we have been drinking recently... The fact that it was displayed in an unrefrigerated state bothered me, but I can't say that this didn't have an effect on the taste, so I don't know what to say. But it's not like I can't drink it or anything... I'm going to try it and see what happens. And the alcohol content is 19 degrees, which is pretty good.

Drink it, it will fly! So, this is my first time to try Hirasen's Maruhi...! I'll have it well chilled! Sweet! Sanmi! Umami! Sukiyaki! （Choro) The sweetness comes first, but not too much, and the acidity is refreshing and clean! The balance of sweetness and sourness is amazing! This is a must for sweet and sour skiers!

This is my first time at Bunraku! When I saw the words "Sake with a sour taste like a lemon", I bought it without hesitation! The sourness does not betray me! (Convinced) I could already feel the sourness from the aroma (smiling). The taste is... sweet with a not so strong sourness and finishes with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The sweetness comes out more than the lemoniness, and it is more like a sweet made with lemon. It was a little different from what I expected, and I was a little confused... but I really like this balance of sweetness and sourness! This is good... this is good!

The first Echigo-Tsurukame! I heard this is read as "Koshiichi"! I know "二" but I didn't know "弌"...I've learned a lot! So I will have it in a Usuhari glass! Wow... this is not what I expected from Niigata sake! It has a light sweetness with a strong acidity and almost no bitterness, but it finishes clean and crisp! Niigata is often associated with light and dry sake, but new wave sakes such as this and Kosuzumori are coming...times are changing! It is delicious!

First time for Kagami! I've been kicking jackets for a while now... this one must be good. The aroma has a hint of alu, but the taste...? Oh...it's so round and round (I can't tell)! The slight sweetness comes and goes quickly. As the label says, it has a banana taste. The acidity is not that strong. It's a very light and gentle sake...yes, it's good too!

You see, it's cherry blossom season, right? So here it is, Senkyoku's Sakura! It's perfect for the season...Bon appétit! First, let's take a sip of the top clear liquid... Oh, it has a nice sweet and sour taste! The sweetness comes first, then the mild acidity... it has a gentle taste... When you mix in a little bit of cress, the sweetness is reduced a little and you can drink it lightly! This taste reminds me of mild spring! However, it also has SENKYO's characteristics, making it a very good sake! I like that I don't get tired of drinking it.

Kalasoo, why not? So, this is my first time to drink Urin! It's my first time, but this label is so nice... full of stylishness! I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma has a slight alu flavor. The taste is...sweet! Acid! No acidity! I like it! (Standard move) Starting with sweetness and then refreshing from the acidity, this is delicious...it's sharp and you'll never get tired of drinking it! I'm ashamed of myself for being a no-mark... this is good!

So, Hououmida's wine cellar...sparkling! I hadn't tried sparkling wine yet! I'll have it in a snow-cold wine glass! First, let's start with the supernatant... it has a winey feel to it, but I can't really tell... If anything, it has more of a sake feel to it! The taste is light sweetness, sourness and bitterness, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! I think the sweetness becomes a little stronger when mixed with "ori"... but it's still very refreshing! Well, it's easier to drink with Ori mixed in, but I wonder how the wine taste is... I prefer the regular wine cellar... personally.

Well, how could I not drink it (sense of mission)? So here it is, the Yoshida Kura's Kijoshu! This is my first time drinking Yoshida Kura's kijoshu, so I'm looking forward to it! It will be served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The momentum when the cork is uncorked is amazing! I had nightmares of Gobashi RIDE... but I didn't blow it! From the aroma, it already has an orange feel to it! The taste is... very carbonated! At any rate, while it has an orange feeling, it doesn't have the fucking sweetness that is characteristic of kijoshu! It's more like a refreshing juice! Is it a kijoshu or not? It's more like Kouei Kiku's Dusk Orange with more carbonation to give it a crispy feeling. All in all, it's delicious, I love it!

[Kikunin to konen]. To make a game of fate, to make a decision that will determine whether to win or lose. I see, this is cool... So, here we are at the first "kenkunichi"! This is from Imanaya's hanpukai! It is served in a Hana-iroze wine glass! Ama! It's so sweet and tart with a hint of bitterness! The sweetness is preceded by acidity and cut by a slight bitterness. The sweetness is so strong that I don't feel the bitterness is so strong... This is so refreshing... This is really good! I must try not to drink too much...

Koei Chrysanthemum is my wife (greeting) So, it's been a while since I've had an Koei chrysanthemum! I've never seen anything like it, so I jumped at it with joy! I had it with a glass of wine! From the aroma, it seems to have a strong sourness, the usual Kouei Chrysanthemum feeling! The taste...wow...this is good! Basically, it is composed of acidity, similar to the feeling of drinking something like Sunburst! The sharpness is also refreshing, and although the alcohol content is high for Kouei Kiku, it doesn't feel heavy. It's rather light and easy to drink.

My first Chichibu Nishiki! It was given to me by a friend whom I haven't seen in a while. I will enjoy it with a glass of wine! The aroma has a so-so alu feel to it. The taste... the sweetness comes on strong at first but disappears quickly, and it finishes rather dry. This is a good wine that you don't get tired of drinking!
