This is the sake that got me hooked on sake, and when I went on a trip to Nagano after my first Corona suspension in 2020, I bought a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei as a souvenir. I had been drinking only beer and shochu up until then and had never heard of sake, so I was very shocked and was fascinated by the taste and the different characteristics of sake. When I was in Ueda the other day, I was strolling around a sake brewery and was surprised to find that the store was owned by the Okazaki Sake Brewery. I was surprised to find it was Okazaki Sake Brewery. Needless to say, the sake I bought was delicious. It was just delicious, easy to drink, and irresistible.

Suddenly it got cold, so I wanted to drink a cup of sake that was not cold. I chose a cup of sake that I remembered drinking in Nagoya. It was just what I was looking for. I paired it with Chinese food.

A liquor store in my neighborhood had a Tokushima sake, which I bought because I thought it was unusual. It has a rather strange taste. It has a deep, fermented flavor with little acidity or bitterness. I think it would go well with calamari, pickles, and washed cheese. Interesting.

Happy New Year! I am happy to drink sake from the New Year. The aroma of rice is present, but the umami is strong and delicious. It would be delicious heated, but personally, I prefer it cold or at room temperature, even at this time of year.
