Also at the same izakaya. I had only heard of this sake brewery from Nagano Prefecture! The owner recommended this sake, and I was impressed by its sharpness and spiciness! I checked the sake level and found that it was only +1, so it didn't seem that spicy 💦. The first glass of Tedorigawa was more to my liking! 3.2/5

At a tavern! The beer seems to have a strong flavor, as I poured it out! It's quite milky and I have a feeling I'm going to like it. No aroma, smooth and silky on the palate, leaving a sweet taste that quickly disappears. It is difficult to judge exactly because there was only about half of a bottle left, but I have the impression that the bottle has been opened and it has become rounder (and the alcohol feeling has been removed). I think I might prefer this level of flavor! The label said it was rated dry, but it wasn't dry at all. 3.5/5

The izakaya owner graciously allowed us to drink it! We were talking about Imi, Jyushiyo, and Shinmasa, and he said he had some purchased from the brewery! and ... Chiyonohana⁈I thought (I've never heard of this brand 💦) and looked at the label and it said Sugihara Shuzo! The owner said that Izumi is sweeter than Chiyonohana! I tried it and it was sweet enough! If it's sweeter than this, I'm going to get tired of drinking it. Chiyonohana is sweet but has a sharpness to it, which I imagine is similar to Kahanoyaka. Personally, I liked it, but I think it is not available very often, so I was satisfied to have a very rare sake! 4.6/5

I ordered a bottle that I was not sure whether to buy or not, but I found it in a pub! From the moment I drank it, I was amazed at how well balanced it was 😳. In a word, it is sweet and delicious! I think it's a delicious bottle to drink as a mealtime drink or on its own! I regret that I should have purchased it, but now that I have purchased Sake Mirai, let's compare! 4.5/5

This is the first brand I've ever seen! I was drunk and when I drank it, I thought it was my imagination, but I thought I could smell a slight scent of wood! The taste is heavy sake, junmai sake! It tastes like Junmai sake! Personally, I am not a fan of this genre, but since it was the first brand I had ever tried, I thought it would be a good idea to try it at least once! 3.0/5

The low percentage of rice in the blend gave it a strong sense of rice when drunk! No wonder the label is so macho! The sweetness tastes almost like ramune. I was glad I wanted to try it once. 3.3/5

Nabeshima blossom moon Slightly fizzy with a small amount sticking to the glass. It has Nabeshima-like characteristics (other seasonal products) and it would be great if there is a store near me that carries it and I can get it lol. 4.0/5

There is a slight carbonation, and when you drink it, the sweetness spreads out, but not too much! The fruity aftertaste lingers on the palate. I think I will repeat it again if it is of this quality because I just opened the bottle. 4.2/5

A bottle at a pub. Hard to judge exactly because it's the last remaining bottle in a bottle😓. There is no particular aroma, and when you drink it, a strong sweetness spreads. Only sweetness was felt due to the time that has passed since the bottle was opened. I was curious about this brand, so I would definitely like to try it again if I have the chance! 3.8/5

The leap year has passed, but the fun comes once every four years! The second Nakadori of Tenmei's leap issue! (Actually, I could have purchased all of them, but when I bought the Hi-ire, there was still some Nakatori left in the store, so I bought it and had the intention of drinking it on the fly 😛) No particular aroma when the bottle was opened. Pouring it into a glass, I wondered if it was slightly cloudy. The color is about the same! When I drank it, the sweetness spread quickly at first, followed by a soft bitterness that enveloped my mouth and lingered with a sense of alcohol! I don't know if there is lees in the wine, but I think the alcohol taste becomes stronger when it is mixed. The luxury of drinking a sake of this quality for 3000 yen! I must buy it again in 4 years! (Before that, I have to compare the first three sakes 💦) The owner said it has a gentler mouthfeel than Ara Seme, so maybe Ara Seme is not my type😅. 4.5/5 (including cosmetics)

Kuraudei is not often sold locally! Buy in Saitama Recommended to drink on the rocks, it has a lactic acid bacteria type flavor like calpis! It seems to be drinkable by everyone due to its low alcohol content! However, I personally think it has a strong sour taste and drinking it on the rocks dilutes the taste💦. I drank it with KFC because I can't eat Sanuki's famous chicken on the bone, but it seems to go well with meat dishes! It was an interesting sake to try once! 3.0/5

Next is a different sake brewery! They use the same Aizan (same rice polishing ratio and alcohol content), but AKABU labels it as Junmai Ginjo lol! It has about the same sweetness and slight fizziness, but no bitterness or acidity! Kangiku's Ree Diamond is smooth without any sticky sweetness lingering in the aftertaste! On the other hand, AKABU's sake left me with the impression that it was too ricey! It was an easy comparison to understand what kind of sake rice Aiyama is made from! I was surprised to see how much the rice varied from one brewery to another. Personally, I preferred Kangiku to Akabu, but the Aizan lover I drank it with said he preferred Kangiku to Akabu after a blind taste comparison💦. I'm not into Aizan myself, so maybe my perception is off. KANGiku 4.2/5 AKABU 4.0/5

AKABU drinking comparison! Yamada-Nishiki is more profound and robust! I got the impression that the original flavor of the rice is stronger. Yamadanishiki is more balanced and goes well with everything! This time, the result was Aizan > Yamadanishiki. 3.8/5

The other day at the liquor store, I bought a bottle of Aizan and Yamada Nishiki to compare! First, the different rice varieties of AKABU (Aiyama and Yamadanishiki)! Aiyama is a rice that I personally do not like, but the sweetness that is typical of Aiyama spreads in the mouth, and the fruity and slightly effervescent taste makes me think that AKABU is delicious after all! Compared to Yamadanishiki, Aizan has a stronger sweetness and aroma, so women may prefer this one (I also preferred Aizan). 4.0/5

Purchased in line at a liquor store in Saitama! I originally intended to buy Jun Dai Miyamanishiki, but they were out of it, so I bought two bottles of Yamae Nishiki. When the bottle was opened, there was no fizzing sound. When I poured it into a glass and drank it, the sweetness and fruity taste spread in my mouth! No bitterness or acidity and very easy to drink 🍶. I bought some sashimi for the entrée, but it is better to drink it by itself! 4.8/5

Hana-yoso, made with Saitama Prefecture's preferred rice, Sake Musashi, was released today at the brewery! First of all, I opened the bottle thinking that the label was different from the previous one and the crown was probably changed as well! The aroma after opening the bottle was exactly the pineapple aroma that has become synonymous with HANAHEIYAKE 🍍. The flavor is very clear and you can tell it's a Huayouyoku the moment you drink it! You can tell it's a HANA-YOUKAKU the moment you drink it! As the temperature rises, it tastes like other Huayouyasus, but the bitterness remains. I have tasted Miyamanishiki and Omachi, which I like, but I thought Ginpu was not so good. However, I was surprised because it is a different vector from that Ginpu as well. ‼️3.3/5 PS: When I drank it on the second day, the complexity was gone and the Hana-yosu feeling came first, then the bitterness, but it was not bitter at all compared to the first day. 3.5/5 On the third day, when I drank it, the sweetness (pineapple aroma and sweetness) came first, then just a simple sharp bitterness! I guess I should let the Huayangbao lie down lol I'll let the other bottle lie down for a year or so 3.7/5 On the 4th day, the Huayoukusui character comes out in full force and it is only sweetness and pineapple aroma! Very tasty 4.5/5

Kangiku was recommended to me at a liquor store! It was not in the store, but was brought to me from the backyard as a recommendation, so I bought it immediately. I thought I might like it because it was lightly cloudy, but when I tried it, I found it to be just like soda water! It has 15% alcohol, but you don't feel the alcohol, and the aroma, bitterness, sourness, and sweetness are not that much in a good way. The carbonation is a bit strong, so I thought it was an adult Sprite, but the person I drank it with described it as soda water (I don't usually drink soda water), and I thought that was true! I found out that they changed from Omachi to Kitashizukumi this year, and I personally wasn't impressed with Hokkaido rice, but this is good! (It would be even better if it had more sweetness 😋) (If it were sweeter, it would be even better 😋) Good for people who have never had sake before! 3.8/5 I also bought a bottle of Kangiku Aizan, so let's compare! (AKABU Aizan Newborn and AKABU Yamadanishiki Newborn can be compared 😏)

Extra (please note that this is not sake💦) Went to buy Sogape but it was sold out, so I bought a wine from Obuse Winery! It's interesting that it's dry medium-bodied and assembled (sorry, I don't usually drink wine so I don't have the knowledge)! When I drank it, it was fresh and had a sweetness like ripe fruit! It was one of those bottles that made me want to try other Obuse winery's drinks 🍾.

I bought it because it was sold at a regular liquor store! Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku are used, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%. The aroma is not that strong, and when you drink it, it has a heavy feeling typical of Tobiroki, but not as heavy as other brands, and it has a roundness and then a sharpness! I paired it with a pot of Karudi's Sansho Miso Nabe and it was outstandingly good! I drank it on the second day after the corking, and I got the impression that the bitterness and sharpness were rounded out! I personally think it would be easier to drink if it was left on the table! 4.3/5

Memo. Houou Mita 50% polished: fruity sweet, light mouthfeel 4.0/5 Kudokibe Jr.'s Aizan 33: Aizan sweetness in full bloom 3.3/5 Tasake Yamahai: Bitter but light on the palate 3.0/5 Hanamup Sake Mirai: Hanamup's unique sweetness, and to be honest, I can't really tell the difference in taste between the different rice varieties. I'm not sure if I'll get tired of drinking this one. 3.3/5 Asahitaka: It has an alcohol taste that Jyushiyo does not have, and it is good for everyday drinking, but it is not a luxury brand sake. 3.7/5 Yoshida Kurau Kojo-shu light nigori: I expected it to be sweet because it is a kijo-shu, but it was delicious with a slight effervescence and not so much sweetness. 3.8/5
