I bought it because it was sold at a regular liquor store!
Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku are used, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
The aroma is not that strong, and when you drink it, it has a heavy feeling typical of Tobiroki, but not as heavy as other brands, and it has a roundness and then a sharpness!
I paired it with a pot of Karudi's Sansho Miso Nabe and it was outstandingly good!
I drank it on the second day after the corking, and I got the impression that the bitterness and sharpness were rounded out! I personally think it would be easier to drink if it was left on the table!
