Memo.
Houou Mita 50% polished: fruity sweet, light mouthfeel 4.0/5
Kudokibe Jr.'s Aizan 33: Aizan sweetness in full bloom 3.3/5
Tasake Yamahai: Bitter but light on the palate 3.0/5
Hanamup Sake Mirai: Hanamup's unique sweetness, and to be honest, I can't really tell the difference in taste between the different rice varieties. I'm not sure if I'll get tired of drinking this one. 3.3/5
Asahitaka: It has an alcohol taste that Jyushiyo does not have, and it is good for everyday drinking, but it is not a luxury brand sake. 3.7/5
Yoshida Kurau Kojo-shu light nigori: I expected it to be sweet because it is a kijo-shu, but it was delicious with a slight effervescence and not so much sweetness. 3.8/5
