Chiyonohana⁈I thought (I've never heard of this brand 💦) and looked at the label and it said Sugihara Shuzo! The owner said that Izumi is sweeter than Chiyonohana!
I tried it and it was sweet enough! If it's sweeter than this, I'm going to get tired of drinking it.
Chiyonohana is sweet but has a sharpness to it, which I imagine is similar to Kahanoyaka.
Personally, I liked it, but I think it is not available very often, so I was satisfied to have a very rare sake!
