Kangiku was recommended to me at a liquor store!
It was not in the store, but was brought to me from the backyard as a recommendation, so I bought it immediately.
I thought I might like it because it was lightly cloudy, but when I tried it, I found it to be just like soda water! It has 15% alcohol, but you don't feel the alcohol, and the aroma, bitterness, sourness, and sweetness are not that much in a good way.
The carbonation is a bit strong, so I thought it was an adult Sprite, but the person I drank it with described it as soda water (I don't usually drink soda water), and I thought that was true!
I found out that they changed from Omachi to Kitashizukumi this year, and I personally wasn't impressed with Hokkaido rice, but this is good! (It would be even better if it had more sweetness 😋)
(If it were sweeter, it would be even better 😋) Good for people who have never had sake before!
3.8/5
I also bought a bottle of Kangiku Aizan, so let's compare! (AKABU Aizan Newborn and AKABU Yamadanishiki Newborn can be compared 😏)
