I had only heard of this sake brewery from Nagano Prefecture!
The owner recommended this sake, and I was impressed by its sharpness and spiciness!
I checked the sake level and found that it was only +1, so it didn't seem that spicy 💦.
The first glass of Tedorigawa was more to my liking!
