It is Shirafuku Doshin Junmai. Super dry! but it's not that hot, it's a refreshing and fresh sake. It has a faint scent of green apples, and without the sweetness that is so popular, it is a sake that you can easily go for many glasses. If you drink it with the image of the name "Doshin", you will be surprised at the difference in image. It was delicious!

It's Banshu Ikken Junmai. It has a faint yogurt? It has a refreshing sourness, a light mouthfeel, and a crisp aftertaste, and we enjoyed it very much. It was delicious!

This is Zuisen Junmai. This sake has a mellow sweet and sour taste. I wonder if it would be better if it was heated up. There are a lot of yellowish sakes from Tottori Prefecture. Of course, I've had clear sake as well, but I feel like I encounter a lot of yellow ones.

This is HiokiZakura Junmai Ginjo Denkyo Chikara. This is a sake with a heavy acidity. It is made from a sake rice called "Kachikara", which is produced in Tottori prefecture, so I felt that this sake has a sense of maturity.

This is Suwaizumi Junmai Ginjo Mantenboshi. It is a sake of Tottori Prefecture. It was recommended to me because it is a matured sake. Is it because of the maturing? Is it because the water is soft? It is a dry, mellow and umami sake. I drank it cold, but I'm sure it's even better when it's hot!

This is Tenpouichi Hachitanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Naozumi Genshu. It's quite unique. The acidity is not strong for an unpasteurized sake, and the taste is robust and voluptuous, but it is refreshing and delicate. When I first opened it, it felt unique, but on the second day, I guess I got used to it somehow, and it felt refreshing... Anyway, the label is also unique, so maybe it's because I started with the image of the label...?

Typhoon No. 23 from Raifuku Shuzo, another summer sake! It's made with Aizan and sunflower yeast, so we thought it would be a good summer sake. It's rather fruity... or is it juicy? I couldn't taste the sunflower, but I forced myself to think it tasted like sunflowers! I thought it tasted like sunflowers. The name and label of this sake brewery are very sophisticated. I know I shouldn't be fooled by this image, but I am...

It's Tenmei Sarasara Junmai, also called Lovely Summer, and I bought it based on that image, thinking that there are so many different names for sake these days that it's necessary to create an image. It was a one-cup bottle. It has a very light mouthfeel, and it's certainly very smooth. It has a little aroma and a light flavor.

Hanyou Ikken Junmai Ginjo Yamagata Hanagasa Matsuri This is a summer sake from a sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture called Nakaoki Shuzo. It's a thick, slightly yellowish sake, with a bit of tonicity. It's a hot sake with acidity and umami, but if you drink it chilled in this cup, it's refreshing.

This is Takayasu Special Junmai. I bought it at a convenience store and took it home with me because it is a standard sake representing Tottori. I bought it at a convenience store and brought it home. I'm sure I drank it when I came to Tottori before, but I don't remember, so I'll record it again. It's quite a robust sake, and it has what you would call a sake feel. It's a sake with a very strong taste. It's a sake that you won't get tired of drinking.

This is Fukushi Daiginjo. This sake is from Kushiro, Hokkaido. We got a lot of sake from Hokkaido here. I'm glad to see that there are so many sakes with names I don't know at all in my home town! This is the most expensive sake I got this time, so I'll record it. It's quite tasty, sweet, fruity, with a little sourness, and it has a unique taste.

Kitanokatsu Ordinary Sake? This is a local sake from Nemuro, Hokkaido. This time we had a very cold one. I drank it in Nemuro, so I'm very grateful, and I guess I'm being patronizing. It smells like sake! It tastes like sake! For better or worse, sake! Is it rude to say that in this day and age? It's dry, refreshing, with a hint of sweetness, and it's a standard local sake. It's also sold in convenience stores.

It is the Drift Ice Romantic Junmai Ginjo which you wave your sleeve. It is a sake from Takikawa in Hokkaido. but this one is made by sending water from Abashiri to there...! so the shop owner told us. Hokkaido is so big that it must be hard just to bring the water.... I wonder if the water for alcohol runs on the road made by the people of Abashiri prison at that time now. Well, we had some sake that you can only drink here. It's a sake that can be drunk hot or cold. It's the kind of sake that can be drunk hot or cold.

It is Akatake F. It's a pretty cost-effective sake! Is it a Ginjo sake? It has a ginjo aroma, so it must be. It has a good sharpness, good mouthfeel, dry but with a little sweetness balance, and it was nice after drinking. For this price, the taste was a real bargain.

This is Ishizuchi Natsu Gin. I picked it up because its name is Natsu Gin. The aroma is subdued, but there is a hint of fruit. It's a bit like that. The sourness is rather strong. Summer sake has a strong acidity. The rice is Yamada-Nishiki from Awa and Matsuyama-Mitsui from Shikoku.

This is Sharaku Junmai Ginjo. I wondered if this was a little high in alcohol. I thought it might be a little high, but it was still 16 degrees. The rice is called "Gohyakumangoku" from Fukushima. I don't know if I can call it fruity, but I think it has a bit of a banana feel to it. It's more like pure love brewing! So, it tasted full of love...!

This is Toyofuji bikini girl. This is a neighborhood liquor store's original? So it is sold as a series with Mohawk girl. and Mohawk girl. It has more sourness than Mohican Musume. I want to drink it with "N" to compare the taste, but it's always a pity that I can't get these sake at the same time. There was a one-cup bottle, so I bought that too. The label is pretty cute, too.

It's Kubota Suisu! The price is rather high, but I want to drink it at least once a year...so I bought it. It's not a flavorless sake, but it does have an assertive flavor that I'm very happy with. (Having said that, I've recently discovered the taste of many different kinds of sake, so I was less impressed than when I drank it before...)
