This is Fukushi Daiginjo. This sake is from Kushiro, Hokkaido. We got a lot of sake from Hokkaido here. I'm glad to see that there are so many sakes with names I don't know at all in my home town! This is the most expensive sake I got this time, so I'll record it. It's quite tasty, sweet, fruity, with a little sourness, and it has a unique taste.
