This is Suwaizumi Junmai-shu. This is a Tottori sake with a slight amber color. The other day it was all clear sake, but here it is again amber... I thought I couldn't define Tottori sake anymore, so I just concentrated on drinking it. This one has a mellow, aged taste. I'd like to try drinking it at room temperature or hot.

This is Chiyomusubi Junmai Ginjo Ice Temperature Raw Sake. We continue to have nama-shu. The season of nama-shu is almost over...although we have had it in winter as well. This one has a fresh aroma! It has a strong nama-nama feeling, and I drank it easily. Chiyomusubi serves a variety of different kinds of sake, so you can enjoy it in many different ways. I'd love to drink Chiyomusubi again if I ever come across it again.

This is Takayasu Nakadare Junmai Ginjo, part 3 of the 3 glass comparison set. This one is blended with another rice called Tamakae, but I couldn't understand it well. After all, it was a typical Ginjo-shu made with Yamadanishiki. It was like that. I compared one sip with another, but I felt that this taste was almost the same as Hiokizakura Seisui Midoriyama... I can't do it anymore.

This is Chiyomusubi Yamada Nishiki 50 Junmai Ginjo, part 2 of the 3 glass comparison set. It was the most fruity and fragrant among the three types of Danrei dry sake, and the sweetness peculiar to Ginjo was also strong. We enjoyed it very much. This Chiyomusubi is a clear and transparent sake.

This is Hiokizakura Seisui Midoriyama Junmai Ginjo, and we had it as a set of three drinks. However, the taste of these 3 kinds are very similar.... I think I was too drunk to distinguish them. It was light and dry, with a mild ginjo aroma, fruity and sweet. If I had to say, it was the clearest among the three types.

This is Yago Special Junmai. Again, since it's a special occasion, let's have a sake from Tottori. I think it has the most fruity aroma out of all the sakes we had today. It's not as dry as it should be, and it's refreshing, but it does have a touch of alcohol.

It is Chiyomusubi Strong 60 Junmai. I had a Chiyomusubi in Sakaiminato before, and I remember it being very light and dry. I have heard that Strong is suitable for Ginjo sake because of its large grain. Yellow? I wondered if all of them that were a little amber or yellow were made from strong rice. This Chiyomusubi is the kind of sake that tastes even better when it is warmed.

Gassan Aromatic Dry Junmai - Sake from Shimane Prefecture. It's a standard sake of Shimane prefecture! That's why we had it. I'm in Tottori prefecture again... The aroma is just a little, it's dry, and you can taste the goodness of the rice... I can only write about the usual impressions, but there were a lot of yellowish sake, and I got a dry and refreshing sake with a good taste.

This is Nanada Junmai Origarami Raw Unfiltered. It is post-fermented in the bottle, and there is a lot of carbon dioxide gas, so be careful when opening the bottle as it may spurt! I opened it slowly and gently, looking forward to it. It didn't spurt out, but it was very carbonated! Is it stronger than strong carbonated water? The aroma was a mild melon type. The throat hit is the same as sparkling wine. The taste is the sourness of ramune, but without the sweetness of ramune, very dry. If white wine goes well with food, it's good with Western food. The alcohol level is a little high, but I didn't feel that at all, and I finished drinking it in no time. Very reasonably priced too! Thank you!

This is Hiokizakura Junmai Namaishu. In the past, we had a strong sake called "Dendo-Kogyo", Junmai-shu and Nama-shu. But this time, it's nama-shu. Because Takayasu's nama-shu was so good. I ordered it as a trial. It was refreshing and dry, but you could feel the sweetness of the rice. I could feel the sweetness of the rice.... It was delicious. But I thought it was a 2-gallon bottle, but it was a half-empty 1.5-gallon bottle... When we ordered it, it was a 2-gallon bottle! What did I say? That was a pity... It has nothing to do with the taste.

This is Takayasu Ginjo Nama Storage Sake. It is a sake from Tottori again. I thought that sake from Tottori was a bit yellowish, but this is not so. But this one is not, and it has a gorgeous taste as well as a freshness. Rice from the foot of Mt. I took it deliciously with what image.

Shichiken Junmai Nama Nama. We also went to a sake brewery near Hakushu, which is a little bit off Route 20. There is spring water inside. There was also spring water inside, and I drank it again after receiving information about the place where the water is delicious, natural water from the Southern Alps, etc., so there was no reason not to feel it was delicious. It has a youthful, nama-nama taste, a slightly dry and refreshing taste, and a full-bodied feeling. It's hard to believe that the rice is polished to 70%. It was delicious.

Toyofuai Special Junmai Sake. Toyopai is my favorite brand, but the price has gone up in the last 2-3 years. It's hard to find "N" too. So I had it while comparing it with the cup sake I kept, Bikini Musume and the apple patterned sake. The aroma is slightly apple-like...? I guess? It was dry and had a good rice taste, so I thought it was Toyoupai. The bikini girl was a bit more acidic. I want to drink "N" again.

This is Dewazakura Sakurahana Ginjo-shu. This is the sake that woke me up to ginjo-shu and fruity sake. We had it along with Hakkaisan and others near a nearby station. It's hard to buy this sake by myself, so I had it. When this sake first became popular, it was really sensational, but lately it's been treated like a supporting character along with Koshino Kanbai and Kubota, which is frustrating. They're all delicious!

Hakkaisan Honjozo. Since I opened the emergency declaration, I went to a shop near the train station in my neighborhood to say hello. It's been a while since I had a Hakkaisan Honjozo. It's one of the sakes that made me wake up to sake. I got it because I don't buy it myself very often these days. Some people don't say nice things about it, but it's good!

This is the Saku Honochi Junmai. The aroma is fruity and complex, like pears or grapes, I can't really describe it well.... It's dry, but it also has a trendy sweetness, and that sweetness is moderate, so it's good! It is a gentle and profound sake.

This is Reimei Honjozo. It's the only sake from Okinawa prefecture, so I wanted to try it sometime and finally had a chance to taste it. I thought it was an old sake, but it smells like a sweetpotato shochu liqueur... No, it smells like Awamori? It tastes like Awamori, too...? We might have felt it from our own fixed idea, but we felt it was really like a sweetpotato shochu liqueur. When we think so, we can taste it like that. Next time, we'd like to drink it with hot sake !

It is Kamo Kinshu Special Junmai. It is a soft and easy to drink sake. It is not a refreshing sake, but maybe the water is soft? It is not so sweet, but dry to a certain extent. The aroma is not that great, but it's a mellow sake that goes down easy.

It is Chitoku Junmai. It is a sake of Miyazaki Prefecture. It is the first time to have a sake from Miyazaki prefecture! We had a fixed idea because the place makes a lot of shochu, but we were wrong. We apologize for the freshness, but we didn't expect much, but it was unexpectedly delicious. It was light on the palate, salty-sweet, and very tasty when drunk cold.
