I found a sake tasting place near Yamagata Station. I didn't know such a place existed. I found one in Niigata before. I wonder if there is one in each prefecture. The taste is light, dry, and refreshing. The aftertaste is short and sharp. You can also taste the umami of the rice.

At a soba restaurant near Yamagata Station when I returned home. They use water from Antarctic ice. It has a beautiful ginjo aroma. The taste is light and dry, with a crisp acidity. There is also a slight bitterness, and the taste may be quite complex.

Purchased at Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. This is the first brand I have ever had. Chill it and drink it after taking a bath. A sharp aroma of rice. Aromatic sweetness of rice with depth. It was quite a rare taste.

Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake 🍶 Izuwasanzu🌾 from Yamagata Prefecture. Slightly mature aroma. It has a slightly matured aroma, and when you drink it, it has a dark sweet umami taste. It is a bit too much to drink on its own. The spiciness remains. The taste is enhanced when paired with a fatty, crispy stonefish. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20220617

Nostalgic cup sake jacket. The aroma is somewhat fruity☺️, although it is Yamahai and has a strong amber color in appearance. I first had it cold, and it is easy to drink as it is soft on the palate and has no pungency. It is characterized by a strong acidity that lingers a bit after drinking it down. It is easy to drink slowly and quite easy to drink. It was a delicious sake 😚🍶💕.
