This is KURAMOTO SE.　It's a new sake from a brewery in Nara called Kuramoto Shuzo, and it tastes like wine! I was told that it tastes like wine, so I bought it and tried it. I once had a sake that really tasted like ramune, and this one was similar, but not quite like that. It says that it tastes like a combination of lychee, muscat, and grapefruit, but I don't understand how complicated that is.... It had an exquisite sourness and sweetness, no persistent fruity taste, and it was very refreshing. It was refreshing and completely different from the feeling of drinking sake. I was impressed that there was such a thing. Rice polishing ratio: 64%, alcohol: 14%, sake degree: -2, acidity: 2.5, but even though the sake degree was -2, it was crisp and clear.

This is Chiyoroku MS3 Junmai Daiginjo. The last time I was in Akita, I went to a liquor store in front of the station that had a lot of sake. This was one of the two bottles recommended by the proprietress of the souvenir shop at the station. She said it was the smallest sake brewery in Akita Prefecture, but I'm really glad I listened to her recommendation! The aroma is somewhat like melon, the taste is mildly sweet, it goes down your throat easily, and you feel comfortable after drinking it. It's a very elegant sake, and it's very tasty.

Suehiro Dr. Noguchi Cup. Is it a cup of Suehiro's regular sake from Suehiro Shuzo? I'm not sure, but the taste is different from that of most local breweries. I'm not sure, but the taste is like a typical cup from a local sake brewery. I drank it chilled, but I would have preferred to drink it hot.

It is Aizu Homare Honjozo. We had it at the shop. It has been a long time since I had this Aizu Homare. When I drank it before, I don't remember it being so light and refreshing, but this time I felt it was very refreshing and smooth.

This is Narusegawa Junmai. I bought it to warm up for the cold season. It's mild in both flavor and acidity, well balanced, mellow, and full! I've never been one to drink a lot of heated sake, but this one went down very quickly. I'll drink it at room temperature tomorrow!

It is Kamizen Nyosui Ginjo Namaishu. I bought six bottles of it by mail order from the brewery because my relatives who like easy-to-drink namaizake were getting together. Even though the seasons are completely different, ・・・・. I thought it would be cold outdoors, in a warm room, and there would be raw sake! I was under the impression that it would be good to drink it in a warm room, but the room wasn't very warm, so I enjoyed another sake that was heated. But this sake is a very famous and sticky brewery, but it's a brand that I drink every few months, just like Hakkaisan and Kubota (and also Keitora, Kanbai and Yoshinogawa).

It is Hideyoshi Honjozo. It is a sake of Omagari, Akita Prefecture. I bought it at the station. It's a light, dry sake with a mild aroma that doesn't interfere with food. I drank it straight from the can, but it would have been better to transfer it to a glass. It would also be good as a refreshing hot sake.

This is Ryoseki Honjozo Cold Sake. This is also a local sake of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. There are a lot of signboards, so I wanted to try it, so I asked for it. It's a square bottle with 300ml in it, and it's not called "chilled sake" but "cold sake". It's a blend of honjozo and ginjo. It's a blend of honjozo and ginjo sake. That's what the landlady said, but I drank this to refresh myself after drinking a lot of hot sake... It wasn't that refreshing...

Kakuemon Junmai-shu (Black). This is a common local junmai-shu... I'd be wrong if I said it was a junmai-shu, but it's a slightly dry, sharp, umami type of sake that I like to drink hot. ・・・・・ And I warmed this up with a hot glass. Thanks!

Kadoemon Special Junmai-shu Miyamanishiki Brewing (Gold). This is a Junmai-shu of a common local sake. But the aroma is like an apple. It's not smooth, but it's crisp. When I'm in a sake brewery's hometown, I find that all the sake I drink is delicious. I'm not sure I understand sake yet...

Kakuemon Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Jikomi (Blue). I felt this had more of a ginjo aroma than a daiginjo. I wondered if I made a mistake when I poured it. I wondered, but it had a fresh, muscat-like aroma, and it was smooth through the throat, making it the best value sake in the Kakuemon lineup for me personally.

Kakuemon Junmai Daiginjo Akita Sake-Komachi Brewing (Red). We came to Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. Let's drink the set first, and then continue to drink the good sake from it! It's like that. This is a Junmai Daiginjo, and it's a limited edition...does that make it sound good? It has a sweet aroma and a smooth feel to it.

It's Mizubashou Ginjo. It's the kind of sake you can't resist buying at souvenir shops in Gunma. So I guess this is already the fourth time in my record? I've actually drunk it about three times that many times? For some reason, I'm a novice when it comes to alcohol, so I always keep track of how I feel on a given day. This time, too, it was slightly fruity, with no strong statement, and it didn't interfere with the food.

Hakkaisan Ordinary Sake. Personally, I buy this sake from time to time and want to keep a record of it. It's been a while since I've had regular sake. I still think the Honjozo is the best, but maybe I'll try drinking it hot next time.

It is Shichida Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki 50%. Nanada has many different types of sake, and I have found them all to be delicious. The cost performance is also very good. This sake has a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but this is undiluted sake. It's undiluted sake with low alcohol! That's why I wanted to try it. Maybe it's because I've only been to Tottori (?) It smells like a pear! It's easy to drink, and I enjoyed every bit of it!

This is the Kubota Senju Ginjo. It's been a very long time. I didn't know it had the word "Ginjo" on the label. It's been a while since I've tasted a representative of Niigata, so I had this one. This is Sawanoi Ordinary Sake. We grilled fish on the riverbank of Tama River and drank it. I drank it in the state that I could not help feeling delicious because of the autumn leaves, the riverbank, and the fish I had just caught, but it was still the taste of ordinary sake of Sawanoi. I'm sorry.

This is Sawanoi Daiginjo Ō. A sake tasting place should drink this anyway! A confident work! Because it was recommended, we had it. Although it was said that it was a sake to be tasted with a wineglass, the aroma was mild, the taste of Sawanoi Umakuchi type, and I thought that it did not need a wineglass... It is a very elegant sake.

It is Sawanoi Daiginjo. After all, it is a gentle, mellow and soft-tongued Daiginjo-shu with the flavor of Sawanoi. I felt that such a flavorful sake is more suitable for autumn and winter while looking at autumn leaves.
