Sake from Tottori Iwami Town. Purchased at a local liquor store. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see the label, which was either the liquor store's original label or the Iwai no Mizu. I bought it because they said it was definitely good from cold to warm. I wasn't expecting much (sorry), but I paired it with Matsuba crab, a local specialty, and it was excellent. I also tried it with a little crab miso, which was also good. This is a sake that is not flashy and has a firm backbone.

This is Zuisen Junmai Daiginjo Namazake. I brought home this sake from Tottori. It has the aroma and fruity taste of a daiginjo, but it's not that strong. I felt a sense of transparency... I enjoyed it very much with a meal.

This is Zuisen Junmai. This sake has a mellow sweet and sour taste. I wonder if it would be better if it was heated up. There are a lot of yellowish sakes from Tottori Prefecture. Of course, I've had clear sake as well, but I feel like I encounter a lot of yellow ones.
