This is Sawanoi Soten Junmai Ginjo Namazake. We went to Okutama. Therefore, we went to a sake tasting place owned by Ozawa Shuzo, the brewer of Sawanoi, and had a drink while looking at autumn leaves. All of Sawanoi's sake tastes like Sawanoi in a good sense and a bad sense. This one is a refreshing aroma, and the flavor system of Sawanoi can be properly felt though it is refreshing and there is a little of a feeling of being slow.

It's Meikyo Tosui Dry Junmai Namaishu. I thought I'd try it without thinking about it, so I put it in the basket and brought it home to drink. Aha, it's a pity it's a namaishu, but it's on a regular shelf (I didn't notice it was namaishu and put it in the basket), and the production date is quite old... Even so, I drank it, believing that it would go bad, but it was no good. Too bad! Next time, I'll check the label and the date of brewing before buying. Next time, I'll check the label and the date of brewing.

This is Lihaku Special Junmai. This sake is commonly sold at convenience stores in Tottori Prefecture, and I bought it at the convenience store again to take home. It's a sake from Shimane Prefecture, though. I drank it a while ago, and at the time I could taste a lot of melon, but this time I didn't feel it so much. I still have a lot of training to do. This time it was a little fruity, with a moderate thickness, and a good sharpness.

This is a Shichida Junmai. I had a bottle of the same label Junmai Origarami Raw Unfiltered Sake before, and it was quite fizzy, but also tasty and refreshing. The sake called "Natsu Gin" was also delicious, so this time we had the most standard Nanada representative sake. This is a rich, mellow sake, and compared to the other Shichida sakes, it really is a standard sake. It has a mild aroma and a gentle taste. Next time I come across this sake, I'll drink it hot.

It is Tenkaka Dry Taste Special Junmai. When I first drank Tenkaka, I was shocked. It was dry and refreshing, but it had an incredibly smooth, gentle and soft taste. This sake is a dry sake with a delicious taste. It's a dry sake with a delicious flavor, and it's a sake that shows its strength even more when it's heated up than when it's drunk cold. I think I felt that way when I drank it before, too. I'm trying to keep a record... Next time, I'll drink it hot.

It is Chiyomusubi Ice temperature raw sake. It is a sake from Sakaiminato, Tottori. Chiyomusubi is generally delicious! This nama-shu is rather dry and has a good flavor, but also has a lot of nama-shu feeling. We bought a large amount, so we can enjoy it for a while. The sake brewery is located in front of the station, and they had a lot of stuff for sale in the shop. We drank many kinds of sake, but all of them were really good.

This is Suwaizumi Junmai Namazake. I thought Suwaizumi was mellow and thick type. So I discovered Suwaizumi's nama-shu, and I bought it as a souvenir. Is it thick raw sake? I was expecting it to be thick, but I felt it was very thick and raw. It was a delicious sake.

It's a Shichida Hiyoroshi Shichibaregai Junmai. The last time I drank Shichida, it was delicious, so this time I decided to get the Hiyoroshi because of the season. It has a mellow aroma of sour fruits, a very mild and elegant acidity, and a mature flavor. I tasted it rather elegantly. It's autumn!

This is Harushika Ginjo Super Dry. Super dry... Rather than saying that it is super dry, it has an elegant ginjo sake aroma and a gentle taste. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and the aftertaste is elegant. It is not super dry, but it is a dry and crisp Ginjo-shu.

This is Hyakujuro Junmai Ginjo Akizakura. This is also an autumn sake. The label has a kabuki face in the middle, with cosmos flowers casually around it. The label says it has an aromatic scent, but I don't really know what "aromatic" means... But it had a gorgeous scent. Is it the aroma of grapes? And the taste was fruity sweetness, and it was refreshing through the throat, and the acidity was just right. The cost performance is also good.

This is Amabuki Autumn Love Junmai. This sake has a mature flavor, a mild aroma, a strong taste of rice, and a rather crisp acidity. I drank it because I liked the name, "Fall in love with autumn". The label is a pumpkin design for Halloween. There are so many different kinds of sake! There are a lot of sour sake in autumn.

This is Hatsukago Ikariban Junmai Daiginjo Kaga Hoshi. It's almost winter beyond autumn, but we had a nascent sake. It is an autumn limited sake. The image of the sake is that it is very sour and heavy, but it is not so heavy. It has a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma that is typical of Hatsumon, and is a deep sake. The cost performance is good too!

This is a Sokei Dry Special Sake. It says on the label "Dry, but not too dry", but this is a proper dry sake. It is very dry. It's a dry sake with a crisp dry taste. It's a dry sake with a crisp, dry taste, but it's gentle on the palate, has a nice umami flavor, and has a nice aftertaste. It's a type of sake that can be enjoyed either warmed up or cold.

It is Tenkaka Dry Taste Special Junmai. Amataka has a delicious heart! It's a sake that gave me a strong image and hypnotized me when I drank it the very first time. And this time, it is a special junmai. It's a dry sake with a rather rich flavor. However, I compared it with the dry Tokujoshu of Sohare at the same time, and I wondered if the Sohare was better as a dry sake with a sharp taste.

This is SHIKIZAKURA Junmai Namashoukenshu. It is a sake brewery in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. It is a light, dry sake with a lot of nama-nama feeling. It is soft on the palate, but it goes down the throat very nicely.

This is a natural sake, Seikai Junmai. It's a standard sake from a brewery in Nikko Imaichi, and it's a junmai-shu made from a rice called Asahi no Yume from Tochigi. There's no particular aroma, and it's a little sour, so I think it's better served hot.

It is Suginamiki Junmai. This sake is also from Tochigi. At first sip, there was a slight alcohol feeling, but it didn't bother me so much after the second sip. It's a little sweet, but it's not sticky, and it's a crisp sake. I think it would be better served at room temperature or hot.

This is Nikko Homare Junmai Ginjo. Since I was in Tochigi, I bought a few 300ml bottles of the local sake. I actually didn't have very high expectations for this one, since it's crowned with the name of a tourist attraction, but it was delicious! It's got a mild aroma and taste that doesn't interfere with the meal, which I prefer, and it was really good as a food sake. I wish I could have compared it with some of my other favorite sakes.

This is Shichiken Junmai Namazake. It was stored in the refrigerator and I opened it. This is a standard sake for me to buy when I go to Yamanashi. I wonder if I'm hypnotized after visiting the sake brewery.

This is Zuisen Junmai Daiginjo Namazake. I brought home this sake from Tottori. It has the aroma and fruity taste of a daiginjo, but it's not that strong. I felt a sense of transparency... I enjoyed it very much with a meal.
