The Saitama label has a great impact 😅The taste is wild and dry. It can accept fried squid, but it's a bit strong in alcohol. I think it would be better if it was heated up 🤔I could choose to drink standing up or sit down for a bit and the place was clean 😆.

Beautiful taste ✨Although it claims to be super dry, it disappears easily with sweet watermelon 🍉. Excellent. The shiitake mushrooms marinated in miso are especially good 😋The sake is available in half or full, with prices starting at ¥550/full, as expected from a liquor store 😆.

A sake from my hometown in Saitama Prefecture, because it was a good opportunity. When I asked about it, I was told that it is brewed in a one-operation operation 🧐Carme-yaki style smell. Complex. Acid and sweetness are fighting each other. My wife didn't seem to like it much. It was softened when paired with myoga (pickled myoga on kombu seaweed).
The list of yeast is also made by the owner. I'm learning a lot 🤔.

Sudden, clear taste ✨ A little fruity on the palate, but not unpleasant and not sticking to the palate. Slow and steady. It tastes like water when paired with cucumbers pickled in miso.

Beautiful and elegant. Dry after taste. Feels fragile. My wife says it's like a firework 🎇 Sweetened up with gyoza (dumplings) ⤴️ Also good with pickled white melon and myoga on kombu (kelp) 😋.
Yamadaho is the mother variety of Yamadanishiki. The sake rice lineage chart created by the store owner is a great work of art and educational ✍️

Tama-Asahi comparison 😆This one is a little bitter and mellow. The rice flavor and sweetness comes later. Better with ponzu dumplings than yuzu kosho 👍The labels are both nice ✨.

Rice feeling 🌾 sweet spicy fruity bitter. My wife says it has a sense of juice 🍊 saliva 🤤 Good with yuzu pepper dumplings🥟👍.
I went there for the first time when I found out that the place used to be a regular liquor store more than 10 years ago, but it was renovated and now also offers Kaku-uchi (corner drinking), and it was a beautiful and nice place with a wide variety of sake 🎉.
