It has a spiciness and sharpness when paired with yellowtail sashimi, and acidity in the finish. At 50 degrees, you may not feel much change. 60 degrees. Elegant. Aroma of rice. Junmai Daiginjo🍶New Sake Shiboritate Betsuatsurai✨. The third bottle of Inariya's original Saitama local sake Shiboritate Hanpukai 😆. Slightly creamy pear-like 🍐 aroma. The perk is melon cemedine🍈 but it doesn't last long and it's not hard to drink. Fresh and lush, according to my wife. When paired with black soybeans for the festive season, it is nice with a little spiciness and a bit of a horniness. It also goes well with Miyazaki's betara-zuke (pickled radishes) 👍 The moderate acidity is also pleasant. It is sweet and sour.
