Junmai 🍶Non-filtered raw sake✨Ishikawamon🌾 from Okunoto, Ishikawa Prefecture. The moment you taste it, it's sweet and spicy with a touch of rice (🌾). Bitter aftertaste. Bitter aftertaste. The melon on the back increases the spiciness when paired with sushi. Match with yamakurage tamari-zuke (pickled wild jellyfish). The texture is very crispy.
