Sweet and refreshing ✨Ramune type 🫧 Gentle spiciness in the aftertaste. Spicy and crisp with stewed tofu with mori🫧. The schwa🫧 is also nice. My wife says it is lightly sweet, sour and bitter. The squid liver paste is a great addition to the dish. A quintessential sake of the sea.
