When I went to a convenience store, I found a bottle that stood out, so I bought it. I drank a lot of Jozen Nyosui when I was a student, but it's hiyaoroshi. It doesn't have much aroma, but it has a sweet taste. After the sweetness, there was a bitterness. There is also a feeling that the throat is a little tight.

The other day we drank Kitajima of the Ikomoto-zukuri, and today we have Iyasato of the Yamahai-zukuri. It's a sweet, moist sake that's delicious even when served cold. I've heard that Ikomoto and Yamahai sake taste better when heated, so I'll try it hot later. I tried it lukewarm. It smells ridiculously sweet and delicious when you put your nose to it! Delicious! It was so good that I looked it up on the internet and found someone who wrote about it below. This one is easier to understand! http://sakepana.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-160.html When I heated it up again, it smelled and tasted like strawberry milk. Interesting!

It's a junmai-genshu made in the nama-moto style. I drank it cold at first, but when I changed it to hot sake, the sweet, rich smell spread and it was very delicious. The smell is different from the fruity smell of ginjo-shu, but it smells nice and moist. It smells like sweet potatoes or dried grapes. The brewer doesn't add any additives, so it's made the old-fashioned way. The taste is good too!

It is crisp, with a crisp aftertaste, just like summer! It is a delicious sake with a crisp aftertaste. It doesn't have a strong fruit aroma, but it does have a refreshing smell, and the slightly swoony mouthfeel is great for the hot weather. It's a sake I'd love to drink again in the summer! Delicious!

I bought it because of the beautiful color. It has a sour taste, so it's not to everyone's taste. It's like a doburoku without the muddy part. It's like the cloudy part of a doburoku called "Gohashi lightly cloudy peach color something", but without the cloudy part. The alcohol content is 10%, so it's easy to drink, but it's more like pasta than Japanese food. If you don't like the sour taste of doburoku, you might not like it.

This is a bottle that requires great care when opening. If you open it at random, it will spill. It's like strawberry with condensed milk. It was so good when I drank it last year that I bought it again this year. It's as good as ever.

There is a slight alcohol (semedyne) smell, but it is a nice fruity smell. As it says on the label, "mellow", it leaves a rich taste on the tongue. It's easy to drink, but it has a strong taste, so it's a delicious sake that's not too clean! Is it similar to Kikusui Funaguchi?

I thought it said Z, but it was 5. Gohashi sake is also similar to Takachiyo, and is a sweet and delicious sake. They're so similar, I can't tell which is which at all, because I have no sense of taste! It also smells fruity, so you can gulp it down.
