Fusui is the third brand of Igarashi Shuzo following Tenranzan and Igarashi. ❣️
A fire-brewed, undiluted blend of the three Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Sake in the Fusui series 😍.
Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝.
It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️
The aroma is mild but apple-like.
It's not gassy at all.
Igarashi is known for its gasiness when pumped directly from the bottle.
It has a slight sweetness in the mouth 👄.

This is a well-balanced sake,

Fusui. I was attracted by its fresh wine-label-like appearance, but it also tastes quite refreshing and very tasty!
It has a sweetness with a tangy spiciness, and when I paired it with sashimi, it disappeared overnight.
