I bought it online because it was hard to find sake in Osaka. The color is a little yellowish. It is a little sweet and easy to drink without the sake feeling. It is delicious. I chose this sake at random just to conquer Osaka, but it was a good discovery. There are only two prefectures left.

Sake like yogurt liquor. It has 6% alcohol by volume and is sweet and sour, like juice. It is a good aperitif for sake. I thought it was similar to Ichinozakura's Himezen sold in supermarkets, but I have not had Himezen for years, so I wanted to check it out.

It has a slightly yellowish color and the smell is cemedine-like. It has a sweet aftertaste, perhaps because it is made from the original brewing process, but it is not sweet, and it is dry. I think it is better to heat up the sake, so I microwaved it as it is. It smells a little like lactic acid bacteria, and it tastes better this way. Now we have conquered Kanagawa Prefecture. There are only 5 prefectures left!

I was hesitant when buying nigori sake, because many nigori sake look good at liquor stores but are not so good when you try them, but I bought this one. This time, the smell, smoothness in the mouth, and initial sweetness were like amazake, and it tasted just like it looked. The aftertaste was dry, like sake! The change in taste from the beginning to the end was amazing.

I bought banana yeast because it was unusual. When I poured it into a glass, it had a slightly banana color. It also smells a bit banana. It tastes like bananas, but it also tastes like wood, like sawdust, like after a bonfire. It is not fruity like a ginjo sake, but it is sweet. I served it to my wife without telling her it was banana yeast, and she said melon? Pineapple? She thought it tasted something like that and felt it was out of the ordinary.
