I bought it because of the beautiful color.
It has a sour taste, so it's not to everyone's taste. It's like a doburoku without the muddy part.
It's like the cloudy part of a doburoku called "Gohashi lightly cloudy peach color something", but without the cloudy part.
The alcohol content is 10%, so it's easy to drink, but it's more like pasta than Japanese food.
If you don't like the sour taste of doburoku, you might not like it.
