A mellow type series brewed with 8.8 koku of water for 10 koku of rice😊.
The first supernatant was dry and I wondered if it had citrus acidity and sweetness. The fizzy sensation was gentle and shrieky with some fire,
Then, when the lees started to mix, it became an adult squall 😊.
This is delicious 😋.

Chilled well and started for a minute or so 👍
Not so sweet...well balanced and goes well with any dish 😊 Charcoal grilled chicken with yuzu pepper as a side dish.
The lees is rough and I could see some rice shavings 😊Moist.

It had a different acidity than the Koei Kiku Ikubou I drank yesterday😊.
To put it better, it was clear acidity😊.
If I say it's good, it's a flat sourness 😊😵💫
But the freshness is there 😊👍
Maybe it's the type of wine you drink lightly before a meal?
I'm looking forward to seeing the purple space ripen when the cedar balls ripen and turn brown 😊.

The sweetness and umami are clearly expressed and the acidic aftertaste is like pear 😊I didn't feel much fizz, but it was even better when it was on the lees 😊.
