They have revived a sake that was once brewed in Inzai, Chiba ⭐️
Modern Tone Masamune is made by Nabe-ten, famous for "Fudo". This store also seems to be affiliated with Nabeten and is considered to be their PB 🤔.
So I went to the store to buy some 🤗.
Now, open the bottle 🍶.
Very slight sweetness and clear 😙.
A little bitterness at the end.
It has a light finish that makes it easy to drink 😙.
Some people may find it too light and not enough sweetness 🤔.
On the second day, the sweetness increased and it became easier to drink. I drank too much on the first day and there was not much left, but it would have been better to leave it for a while 🤣.

I was going for the purple series, but they didn't have it, so I chose the pink 🩷.
It's low in alcohol, and it's also an insurance against drinking too much 😤😤.
It starts with a light sweetness and a strawberry taste 😚.
The slight crackle typical of nama sake, combined with the lightness of the low alcohol content, makes it light 😋.
I'm on my third bottle and it went down smooth 🤣.

We selected sparkling sake because we were in the mood to try sparkling sake and also because we trust that Takachiyo-san will not fail us 👉.
Surprisingly, it was nigori (cloudy) 🤍.
The taste of rice and sweetness is clear 🌾.
It has a light mouthfeel with a slight carbonation🫧😙.
And for some reason, it looks like a grape... 🍇.
I think I was pulled in by the color of the label 🙄.
My friend was getting drunk,

It has a sweetness like grape🍇. The sweetness is pale and soft like Yamanoi 🍇 ☺️
It is smooth like flowing water and easy to drink.

The first supernatant was dry and I wondered if it had citrus acidity and sweetness. The fizzy sensation was gentle and shrieky with some fire,
Then, when the lees started to mix, it became an adult squall 😊.
This is delicious 😋. 千葉の酒好きIt's almost summer and I'm drinking hiyaoroshi. I have to finish it soon. 凜のすけ🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒
