⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake-no-Nabedana 710/1980 yen Tokusen Junmai Sparkling Light Nigori 13%. Haenuki 60% 2024.07 Yeast YK0107 yeast A mellow type series brewed with 8.8 koku of water for 10 koku of rice😊. The first supernatant was dry and I wondered if it had citrus acidity and sweetness. The fizzy sensation was gentle and shrieky with some fire, Then, when the lees started to mix, it became an adult squall 😊. This is delicious 😋.

🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒 Sake-no-Nabedana 720/1980 yen Unfiltered raw sake (test brewing) 14%. ? Rice ? % 2024.05 Micro bubble rinsing I drank it at a certain pub and enjoyed it so much I bought a repeat 😊. Dark cherry flavor in full bloom, delicious ♾️ Dark cherry and goes well with aperitifs and brown food 😊. I'm going to say this twice because it's important 😊. There is a little lees at the bottom of the bottle 🍒.

Good evening, Butinosuke 😊. I'm glad you like it so much that you keep buying it on repeat 😋. I should have bought it when I found it 😭 I was so worried about the Takachiyo's and the Natsumusume and I left the Cherichiyo behind. I will get it next time I find it👍👍👍👍

Silky with a touch of lees😊Adult squall? 😊 First Kultikal hit in a long time😊I was tempted to buy up all of this stuff at my local liquor store😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake-no-Nabedana 720/ Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama 11%. Gohyakumangoku from Niigata 55% 2023.12 Red sake yeast The first Ryuki pink since the spring of this year. It's so pink and fruity, it's like eating grapefruit with a little bit of wasanbon dissolved in it 😊This season is also full of flavor 💯.

Gohyakumangoku 55% 2023.11 During the nigori festival😊👍The 3rd Chilled well and started for a minute or so 👍 Not so sweet...well balanced and goes well with any dish 😊 Charcoal grilled chicken with yuzu pepper as a side dish. The lees is rough and I could see some rice shavings 😊Moist.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake-no-Nabedana 720/1760 yen Junmai Ginjyo Hatsushibori 15% 15 Gohyakumangoku 55% 2023.11 It had a different acidity than the Koei Kiku Ikubou I drank yesterday😊. To put it better, it was clear acidity😊. If I say it's good, it's a flat sourness 😊😵‍💫 But the freshness is there 😊👍 Maybe it's the type of wine you drink lightly before a meal? I'm looking forward to seeing the purple space ripen when the cedar balls ripen and turn brown 😊.

The store owner said the label looked like it would be used for a funeral. I thought, "That's true. But when I drank it, it tasted fresh and made me want to celebrate something (laughs).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake-no-Nabedana 1800/3300yen Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake 14%. Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku from Niigata/Kake rice: Koshibuki from Niigata 60 2023.09.14 The sweetness and umami are clearly expressed and the acidic aftertaste is like pear 😊I didn't feel much fizz, but it was even better when it was on the lees 😊.
