新舘幸樹
This is my first drink in about a year and a half.
First impression. It is delicious. It is delicious.
There was a sake I wanted, so I bought it on the side, but it is a brand that has not left much of an impression on me.
It has a mild but fresh aroma that is typical of new sake.
It is also nice in the mouth. It has a sweetness that accompanies the piquancy. But from the middle to the latter half of the bottle, it finishes with spiciness and bitterness. I end up drinking more than I expected. I think this freshness is one of the reasons.
It is a relatively thin sake, so it may be difficult to match it with something, but it may go well with vegetarian dishes such as shochu fries because of its crispiness.
Vegetables seem to go better with it than meat or fish. Strongly flavored simmered dishes and pickles from the Kanto region to the north may be good.
